Amazing Service
Wow arrived in under two days wonderful item don’t know how they do it for the money. My 24 inch iMac gave up the ghost so needed something to load my music cds on this is just the ticket and in great nic.

Absolutely Diabolical Company Avoid Avoid Avoid
What an incompetent company, sold me a duff laptop and never contacted me to sort the issue out, these are the rudest people I have ever dealt with. You need avoid these like the plague. Make sure you check all reviews on other site too. I hope they shut down soon, they sell through Amazon too so watch out as Smazin wash their hands with any issue to, these two play each other off against one another and you just go round in circles and get absolutely no where with them.

Bought and received refurbished Dell optiflex a week ago, refurbished. Took a while to install which was not a problem requiring little or no intervention from user. Glad to fin I had Windows 10 to install with key. Once configured it booted up with little delay; no problem at all.Also had a antivirus, spyware etc installed.
As I wanted the computer for serious use, I waited with baited breath to see how it would perform. I had no cause to worry and it came with a 12 month warranty gratis.Amazing. Why buy new when you can get something like this. Would not hesitate to buy another.
Disgraceful Company
Disgusting company with dishonest managers. I have only given them one star because i can't give them none.
Please see below i have copied my complaint email to the company who did not offer me anything as compensation after this was my experience.
My complaint is pertaining to the manner in which the investigation into my missing item was handled.
I first emailed your company on the 24.11.2017 after speaking to one of your representatives on the phone not long before that. He had advised me that i had to email in and you would have to do an investigation, i asked how long this would take i was told up to 10 working days. I received a response the following Monday the 27th stating that they will contact DPD and get back to me this week. When the week had passed i emailed for an update but was told you had heard nothing back and would chase it up that day 05.12.17. I emailed again on the 7th to be met with the same response of nothing but will be chased. The following week on the 12th i emailed stating it had been over 10 working days with not even an update and offered to contact DPD myself which the advisor agreed to. I called DPD the same day who informed me that you had not started an investigation with them and that they could only start one once you had. As the customer service line was closed by this time i sent an email stating my dissatisfaction with this procedure and how as the customer i did not enter a contract with DPD but with yourself and would like either a refund or a replacement item and to be contacted the following day by yourselves. This was not met so i called in myself, the advisor could tell i was not pleased so i was passed to a manager who apologised and explained that this was procedure however i was not offered either of the solutions i had asked for. She told me she would personally pass this over to her contact at DPD to be handled quickly, i explained it was meant to be a christmas present and she then ensured me i would have a replacement devise before christmas. This was not the case. After receiving confirmation from yourselves on the 14th i emailed on the 18th for an update but did not receive a response for a few days. I then decided to call in again as there was no way i was going to receive the item before christmas as i was told. The young man i spoke to was absolutely vile, i asked to speak to a manager to which he replied he was one (I do not believe that). I explained the situation and how i was meant to give this item to someone as a christmas present, he responded with, "Well just buy them another present then, i'm you'll get a refund eventually" I found this completely unacceptable and asked to speak to the manager. He asked me to wait and was gone for a minute or 2, he came back and said that she's not in the building at the moment but will be back before the end of the day so she will give me a call back. I then asked to speak to someone else, i was told no. I asked to speak to someone higher than him to make a complaint and again i was told no. After this call i was left fuming, i had never been in this situation before and did not believe that i was going to receive anything from your company. I the called trading standards to find out if anything could be done, they explained to me what i already knew about your breach of contract and that i was entitled to both a refund (which if requested was meant to be processed within 14 days) and the complaints procedure. I called back and spoke to an advisor who was very understanding considering i was very upset and may have been abrupt with him. I asked if i could speak to the manager but was told she's still not back but there was a note for her to call me, i informed him that i had been in touch with trading standards who had advised me that if i requested a refund it had to be processed within 14 days. He told me he would put all of this down for me. I was not contacted by the manager. To this date besides her being the one to deal with my complaint i have not heard anything from her. Christmas came and went. New years came and went and still i heard nothing. No correspondence at all apart from an automatic email sent every so often asking if i'm waiting to hear back about my case. On the 18.01.18 i emailed to chase up the claim, i was emailed back letting me know that DPD have stated they should have a response by tuesday 23rd, so i waited. On Wednesday 24th i emailed as i had not heard anything and was told that the claim was moving along. On the 29.01.18 i called DPD to find out the status of the claim, they informed me that my claim had been approved already, so i emailed you asking what would happen next. On the 30.01.2018 i was told by yourselves that the claim had been approved and a replacement item would be sent out, even though i had asked for a refund from before christmas. I then called to have this cancelled so that i may be refunded which i was told was fine, i also emailed to confirm the refund and ask for the complaints policy. After a few emails back and forth i was advised i could speak to a manager as you do not really have one in place. Last night i received both texts and emails from you and DPD letting me know my item is due to be delivered after i did not ask for this, yet again i am having to call you and DPD to chase up whats happening as it is not what i have asked.
To be honest i have found this whole thing appalling. Do you feel like this is an acceptable way to treat a customer? An order that was apparently delivered on 06.11.2017 and you are only appeasing me on 30.01.2018 after i was told it would only take 10 working days, it has been 9 weeks and 4 days since i contacted you. I was constantly left in the dark due to your lack of communication. I was not told the truth to by your manager and after there was no contact from her to explain or even just an apology, this item was meant to be a christmas present for my dad. Not to mention the young man who was not only rude, unprofessional, unempathetic but also refused me my right to speak to anyone higher than himself or even complain. Your company breached our contract and have denied me my consumer rights multiple times and i am not happy about it.

Bought a batch of used and refurbished PC's. Very happy with the quality and price of units. Very happy with service provided and as every item coming with a 12 month warranty, It was a very good reason to buy my computing equipment from CRS.
Would recommend for work purposes and friends and family.
