Wine Corner Still Has The Money I Paid One Month Ago

Wine corner still has the money I paid one month ago and got nothing but faulty products they had to send back . Rude staff, non existent customer service. We will have to ask for help to the police . 2864 pounds due. Shameful stay away

Very Disappointed In Wine Corner

We ordered a wine cooler winemaster c25 which was delivered as promised on time BUT IT DOESN'T WORK, wine corner said an engineer had to come out to clarify a fault before we got an exchange. We hadn't had it 24hrs surely wine corner should put the customer first and sort it out with winemaster after. By the time we get another you will have had our money for a week! It's not rocket science to see it has a fault what happened to customer comes first will not use wine corner again.

Awful Company Avoid

Exercise caution when purchasing equipment from Wine Corner. We've experienced persistent issues with the Fondis cooling unit since its installation. Although we were assured these units were maintenance-free, we encountered half a dozen engineer visits within the first two years. The problem was never resolved; the engineers postponed it by adding more coolant to the system. Moreover, you must pay upfront for an engineer visit, only to be informed that their repair work isn't guaranteed. The unit is still non-functional, resulting in wasted money and a clear lack of customer care.
