When we had problems with a different funeral director, Andrew Smith (Funeral Director, Macclesfield, Cheshire) stepped in at the very last moment and organised everything personally. From then on we had no concerns at all and everything went extremely smoothly. He recommended a good local florist who made a beautiful wreathe, all the staff were dignified and respectful and at the end of the service we were given a large bouquet of flowers - a really thoughtful touch which was completely unexpected and much appreciated. Arranging a funeral can be stressful and upsetting but he just did it all. Would I recommend him? Definitely.
