Having worn glasses for 20 years, I decided to use Goldsmith Webb Chelmsford following a recommendation. The service and attention to detail were both outstanding and I felt that all of the staff in the practice were warm, attentive and thoroughly professional from my arrival. Taking time to ask questions regarding my working and home life, they were able to build a picture of not only the circumstances in which I would need to use my glasses, but also my preferences for spectacles or contact lenses. Each staff member offered me valuable advice and guidance and explained in appropriate detail how my new lenses would help me to combat some of the visual difficulties I was experiencing. They even took the trouble to help me to select frames which are the most suitable and aesthetically pleasing. A very different experience from some of the larger chains I have used in the past.
