Honestly!this company give the most thorough and friendly service I have experience.these opticians have the biggest variety's of frames.Would recommend to anyone.

I decided to come away from the main branded High Street names as very commercialised and no personal touch.

I was visiting London and came across this independent retailer who was very welcoming and assisted me with all the errors created by one of the main brands.

I received a full assessment which was relaxing and not timed or rushed at all. Health and probing questioning to establish my needs.

After this I was assisted by a gentleman who advised on the best suitable frames and guided myself to what is a better fit and suited, which is rare as most Opticians do not provide a tailored service.

I was advised on my lens options also and coating options which are at a competitive price which I was not expecting.

Overall very pleasant experience and refreshing to know such a service still is provided.
