Thie Optometrists

I purchased spectacles at this store in Hemel Hempstead.Unfortunately the quality of the frames were very poor despite the extortionate price. When I attended the store to complain, I was greeted by the most unpleasant customer service person (male) (the ladies employed there are very pleasant and helpful) I have ever come across. I have never seen bullying and harassment used in any sort of healthcare shop environment before but it is alive and very much evident at this opticians. I would be very concerned for any vulnerable or elderly customers who may be frightened and bullied into not pursuing a complaint - this is not how a business should run.
