I loved the suit, disliked the service. First retailer in Aughton did not even ring back when messages were left and cancelled 2 appointments. Second, nearest retailer, in New Brighton measured my son up wrong. They did not bend his arms at the elbow to get correct measurements. They left the first suit fitting till just a week before the wedding, then let us walk away with a suit that did not fit properly. Highly distraught I got the opinion off a professional closer to home. She advised me to ring and complain, to which I did. They could order the next size up, but the fitting would have to be the day of the wedding. Fuming and upset they got the suit by midweek. Only for it to be too big, "oh hes in between sizes" was the response from the staff. Considering the suit cost £110 to hire, you would think they would be more professional and have half sizes. Although the suit was fantastic, I couldn't help but look at my son as page boy, on my brothers wedding day and want to cry as the suit was hanging off his shoulders and on his shoes. So upsetting. Please Cameron Ross...invest in half sizes at that price.
