I have found that the debt advisory line have helped ease the pressure and stress of debt for me. They have been very very helpful in getting my creditors to agree financial payments that I can manage. They have fantastic customer service who phone when they say so and are always very friendly. I would recommend them to anybody who has debt problems . There isn't anything negative to say about this company at all. They give regular updates on my accounts and have helped me no end with coping with my debt issues . Great company friendly people and very helpful nothing more to say other than thank you so so much.

Had to put in a score they wouldn't get anything if I could.

Not entirely sure how they got my details may have looked into them a long time ago, had a phone call and spent an hour discussing my debts and was suggested an IVA would be beneficial, and lo and behold they have a company that can sort that out for a fee and in the meantime you stop paying your creditors!

Said I would discuss with my husband (we have both been taking in by a debt management plan before) we agreed it wasn't what we wanted and we have been coping a lot better sorting the debts out.

Had a phone call today from the debt counsellor (sales woman) and politely declined the offer of the service and they got nasty trying emotional bullying to try and sway me, talked about how much time she had put into putting our plan together?!, safe to say I hung up as I don't get spoken to like that by anyone, a bit concerned that someone who is really struggling with debt may be taken in by this and the tied into a debt management programme where they charge you a huge fee every month but only pay your creditors a couple of quid.

DON'T BE TAKEN IN!!!

I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER WITH DAL FOR 7 YEARS, AND AM NOW DEBT FREE. PERSONALLY I WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO DEAL WITH MY DEBT PROBLEM ON MY OWN DUE TO ILL HEALTH. THE REPAYMENT SCHEME TO YOUR CREDITORS IS DONE AT A LEVEL THAT YOU CAN AFFORD AND IS REVIEWED BY DAL WITH YOU REGULARLY TO ENSURE YOU ARE MANAGING.REPAYING MY CREDITORS THROUGH DAL REMOVED ALL THE STRESS I WAS UNDER AT THE TIME.DAL ALSO HELPED ME RECLAIM ANY PAYMENT INSURANCE PROTECTION THAT I HAD AND HELPED ME FIND CHEAPER ENERGY/UTILITY SUPPLIERS TO HELP REDUCE MY HOUSEHOLD BILLS. MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WIHT DAL HAS BEEN VERY POSITIVE AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE.

Not only did I get £50 for being referred. That helped out with more money issues. The staff are all really helpful and always keep in touch to ensure that everything is ok from all sides. They try to make sure to do their best to cut down debts and liaise with all companies.now I have been told about the online website that helps out a lot so I don't have to worry about getting post. There is nothing bad I could say about this company. And they told me everything I needed to know and set me on a correct plan that we both agree with. I give all my praises to debt advisory line.

The teams at the debt advisory line are all fantastic, firstly they helped us to take control of spiraling debts. We worked out a monthly payment plan and we were kept informed at all times.

The team never made us feel ashamed of the mess we were in. We maintained our payments for 2 years however due to health problems the full and final team supported us to seek and achieve medical settlements with all our debts and they achieved a 95% reduction of out debts and we can now start 2014 looking forward to our forthcoming retirements debt free.

This team kept us informed all the way and we cannot thank them enough for their support.

D.A.L are there first and foremost to make money. Everything was sweetness and nice until they told me just how much it would cost to set the program up. One of their very good 'advisors' (sales rep) convinced me it was worth it and I joined. I heard nothing from them unless there was money owed. When my situation changed and we had to lower the amount we paid they didn't tell any creditors. They offered to help claim back PPI ( for 30%) they offered to get settlent figured (for 35%) In all they will stop people sending letters to you and everything is fine as long as you need nothing from them but they charge a large fee for a simple service and I am so much happier dealing with it myself

I have been with DAL for about 3 years now and I can honestly say they have been extremely helpful and efficient. They have taken some of the stress away from being in debt. There is always someone ready to assist you when you call. I never have to wait on the phone too long before someone answers. If I have an issue with of my creditors once I contact DAL they sort the problem out immediately and I do not hear from my creditors again. I dont have to speak to them about anything that has been mishandled on their part because it just doesn't happen. They do not bother me on the phone all I receive is the monthly courtesy call. If I miss te call they leave a message or text me to let me know that they called an that if I need any help I can contact them. All the staff are always calming, friendly and reassuring, having that temperament with someone who is debt is much needed as stress levels are already high. Overall I am very pleased with DAL and will continue to use their service.
