Door to door salesman with I'd badge money expert tried to get us to change our energy supplier we listened and he said we could save money by changing which I had already investigated myself he said that they would email me with the deals,OK that's OK but before they could do that I would receive a phone call and they would ask me for my bank details,I said I was not happy about that but I would have to get my phone at this he said get your check book as well for your bank details. My phone rang and I told them not interested he was not happy about that and left.don't have anything to do with them.

Came around today unannounced, asked a few vague questions, and gave me a quote for another supplier that - upon checking later with USwitch - would have cost me over £100 per year more.

I've dealt with a door to door caller from this company, their name was very confusing as the person was telling me they could save me a lot of money on gas and electricity and I thought they were from a certain well-known advice website, with a very similar name. They wanted me to sign up to a new utilities plan and were very persistent, despite me telling them I was not interested as I never sign up for anything on my doorstep. I prefer to have a read and do proper research when entering a contract. After the person left I went to a comparison site and their deal was far from the best deal for me. I also emailed them to complain about the their sales rep and I never got a reply from them.

mistakenly thought these were connected with Martyn Lewis (money saving expert), and bought some items. Nothing arrived, I then learn you have to "redeem your vouchers" (this is after they took the money from my credit card), AND THEY DO NOT HAVE A PHONE NUMBER , you have to deal with them by email only. Whilst chasing this delivery, I foolishly clicked on a vacuum cleaner they are advertising, hoping that as a pre-sales item, they would give a phone number which I could use for my other query, within minutes, this amount for vacuum cleaner was taken from my credit card , details of which they must have retained, and on the statement online, the word RECURRENT TRANSACTION has been used. Even when purchasing from regular sites like OCADO etc, I have to re-submit my credit card details including passwords etc. Santander have said that any further "payments" will be blocked, but can't block this one today

I was sent a very poor quality and broken item on 5thDecember 2014. It is now 14 Jan and I have sent 7 emails - I have had 1 reply giving an invalid email address to contact. Warning do not buy from Mighty Deals (they are Money Expert) as you will be ripped off

This company have taken advantage of my sister in law. They have transfered her debt management plan from a different company (that happens to have the same address and has had the same name changes). She's been paying around £200 a month for 2 years and after much complaining and demands for information, they have just responded advising that she's actually cleared almost none of the balance she owed. She's wasted her money. They don't care and now they are offering more empty promises (again). Do not trust this company and don't sign up with them

Formerly Gregson and Brooke took 85% of my monthly payment for themselves for the first 20 months. They told me I would be debt free in 3 years. I was utterly ripped off by this company. For three years they paid an average of £1 a month off my debts. They have a pool of my money which has not been given back to me since transferring me to another company. This company should not be allowed to continue.

I liked these website as I found then easy to understand, written in plain and simple English with no jargan. They provided a informative reason why to purchase the product but with no pushy sales attached to them. Each product was explained in a way with advantages and disadvantages as to what the product covered and to whom the money would be paid out to when deceased.

The only down side was the amount you had to read, but put into context when you think about what you are buying the more information the better.

I have just completed a debt management plan through Money Expert and I am so glad that I am now debt free. It took a while to get through the entire plan however because most of my interest and charges were stopped throughout the plan I had some spare money at the end of each month.

Now I have finished paying off my debts I can start my life over again, thank you so much for your help!
