This is my humble request to every client of victorstone finance, please never ever deal with this nasty company.
Due to my financial debts, I contacted with this company at 2009 and made an agreement to pay monthly installment and they promised to clear my debts after 3 years. I kept continued to pay monthly installment in my hardship situations. After 3 years contacted period finish, they refused to clear the debts from my all creditors. They shown me a clause, which is later on amended with word 'may be', to be clear my debts.
I wrote and I spoke with them but they ignored every appeal. They took lots of money for 3 years and damaged my credit scores.
Anyone, still with them, please leave immediately and find different one before they damage your credit score and make your peaceful life in hell.
Anyone, who wants to join, please never ever think about this company.
My best advice, contact with your Citizens advice Borough and take their advice. PLEASE KEEP DISTANCE WITH THIS COMPANY.

Company Pocked My Hard Earned Mony
I was with them 8 years....they pocked at-least £5000 from my hard earned money. They were suppose to pay my creditors on my behalf but pocketed them self......I complained to ombudsman...ombudsman agreed that victorstone pocked my money but by this time the company went liquidation....so I lost my money......but what hurt me most is when I open my tv I find they offering same service by changing their name little bit...I am wondering nobody in uk to check this? How come they use same name ?

Kept Asking Us To Use There Services For Debt Mana
Kept asking us to use there services for debt management.
So we decided to use them, right from word go they took half money for fees and then failed to pay creditors which resulted in 4 defaults on our reports.
They then missed further payments during approx 2 years on.
We decided to try and settle debts and payed roughly £5500 to settle which never happened.
MARCH 2016 they rang us up and said we were to pay creditors directly as FCA had taken away there accreditation to service debt management plans.
We are owed approx £7000 in total since march with no sign of us getting it back and being fed lies we are in a queue and wait our turn this is now 8 months ago.
Anybody else out there had dealings like this with these report them to the ombudsman lets get this public.
Same here. They rang me yesterday the 'barstuwards' to join them on a new plan. I told them to eff off. Their excuses were diabolical. She said she could not access the system. Yet had my number to call me . They kept on saying they never got the letters I had sent nor the emails. Just kept going round in circles. Absolutely. Let's get these guys shafted the way they shafted us.
I couldn't believe you said the same thing. They wouldn't pay creditors. I'm sure that's a breach of contract. They took nearly £8000 off me!! Still in debt so I went it alone and contacted the creditors directly and paying him back slowly. I should have done that at the start.
