Do not use this Insurance company. Use another Insurer. Absolute terrible Insurance company. Constant harassment asking for fees. My car was only insured for 25 days and and I paid £164.73 and they want me to pay cancellation fee of £125.00. Constant harassment with emails, texts and letters which is failing to obey by the Financial Authority Conduct (FCA) handbook and guidelines under Section 7.9.11 by threatening to instruct Debt collection company to receive their fees.

Took 68quid Off Me And No Refund!
Few weeks after started my insurance with them they sent me a letter saying I need to pay a cancellation fee of 68quid,I assumed I might have missed a payment,so on Saturday afternoon I paid by automated line, found out now that I paid it for nothing and they claim not to know anything about that and that they don't have an automated line at all! Will change my insurance company as soon as I get paid again. Disgusting!

We Purchased The Insurance On Sunday No Where Did
We purchased the insurance on sunday no where did it say about a tracker so the monday when the paperwork came through i noticed this so on the tuesday morning i rang to cancel and on top of the £79 deposit i paid they was demanding another £98 id of never taken the policy out if id of known they wanted to track me bewiser and avoid this company plus they dont help at all

Beware not Be Wise(r). My experience of taking out car insurance was to encounter people employed by this company who were seriously inept and unhelpful in every way. They gave me an adequate and acceptable quote but followed up with an increased premium and from then onwards my experience with this shambles of a company got worse. I would not recommend these people to anyone!

Won't Stop Phoning Me
Got a quote off them yesterday which was way way over the top, so found a suitable insurance.
Couple of hours later, the phone rang, it was BeWiser, they said they could lower the quote, the guy on the other end told me to cancel my new insurance as I had got a cooling off period.
I told him I was happy with what I had got so thanks but no thanks.
I have now had several calls off them today, I have told them 3 times that I don't wish to change with them...and they still ring.
Do NOT use this company unless you are desperate for someone to talk to, because they won't leave you alone

Utterly Appauling Service, Avoid!!!!!!!!!!
Called to change the car I was insured on. Did in garage after agreeing to purchase a different car. Was told they could not deal with immediately an would call back in couple of hours. Never did and was sat in garage for hours waiting. Garage eventually sorted new insurance. Then called next day to cancel and was told there would be a £75 fee and also 3 months of the policy fee on top. Awful service. AVOID!!!!

Absolutely Disgraceful
Had my policy cancelled for being 3 days late on a payment... yes 3 days . Bearing in mind I paid half a year upfront and 1 payment left for a further 4 months cover. A truly shocking company. After there shocking behaviour they even tried to sell me a new policy at twice the cost because I now have a cancelled policy against my name. Stay well clear of bewiser!!!!

Having just renewed my car insurance with BeWiser and assured the document would be posted to me, a message in my email box says since you have given your email your document will be online. However what if I can't print it? The price on the online document is a different price to what I have just paid. Has anyone else had problems?
I'm sorry I can't help with your query but I can advise that my experience with this company was horrendous. The sold me a policy and cancelled it the next day leaving me with an uninsured car on the road. They then tried to charge me a cancellation fee. After much hassle I got a £50.00 gesture of goodwill but would recommend staying well away from them.
