Have a claim from a few yerar ago. They agreed they would pay but never paid. They never respond to e-mails, you will be lucky to speak to someone on the phone. The last time I spoke to them was 4 5 months ago. They said I would receive a payment within one week. 

Bought excess insurance from this company and had to claim. Claiming was quick easy and simple and I was never out of pocket. It’s such a good idea as had I not had this insurance I would of had to try and get a loan to pay it as I don’t have that kind of money just lying around.

The best thing about them is how efficient they are made everything easy.

Took 11 days to refund me £1000 excess I lost, really easy to deal with would deff use again and recommend to my family and friends

The service from buying to claiming was fault less

This is a great idea to protect my excess...this company really helped me when I had an accident and then paid me back my excess so I wasn’t left out of pocket like I have been over the years.
