Sold a vehicle with over £2000 worth of damages that shouldn't of even been roadworthy. They refused to sort it out when it broke down 2 days after purchase. Ignored all emails and calls, and never called back when they said they would. Lied constantly and refused to rectify any problems. Took them 4 months to pick up the faulty vehicle, after we had to end up towing our vehicle to a garage to be have it assessed and sending them the diagnostics. They never refunded the money for the vehicle despite stating they would and still £312 out of pocket. Also misold 2 months no payment. Thankfully we kept record of all communication and reported to trading standards. I would avoid this company at all costs as they rip you off.

Car on the internet i liked at a good price. I contacted them to enquire but was told they didnt know if the car was still available until i qualified via a credit check. Odd but excepted, they said they'd call back in 10 mins but didnt. The following day got an email with a different cars details but no messages in the email. I called them to see what was happening and got a rude attitude as if to say i was meant to know. Then they still didnt know if the car was available but wanted to sell me a similar same age car with triple the mileage and twice the price.

In my opinion just trying to draw people in.... beware, possible credit damage for no reason.

This company advertises load of cars for sale but in reality they don't have the cars they claim to have. I was looking at a particular make/model on ebay and they had 4 listed for sale. When I called to enquire about the 4 cars they had listed they said they never had them in stock! I don't know how they can claim to have a particular car in stock with a particular mileage and then say the car doesn't exist and that's its an example. Complete time wasting muppets!

I got a RUBBISH car from this company and the interest I am paying back is ridiculous!!! I would never do this again especially with this company as the amount I pay including interest should be very clear to customers which it wasn't . This is DAYLIGHT ROBBERY!!! A car which was valued £5999 I have ended up paying £14000 for. DO NOT USE!!!

i have had my car for 3years now it has a good car but now i need a bigger and better car but every time i go yo see i sit for hours waiting for an answer and then get told i carnt get credit when i got credit the first time

it really gets my back up as i have to travel a long way

if you have kept up your payments there should not be an issue as the are trebling the price of the car when you buy it so there are making a fare

I desperately needed a car and stupidly not paying a phone bill had affected my credit rating. So off I popped to ACF to get a car.

I left the centre with a 3 year finance deal which was obviously high in APR but one I thought wouldn't be to bad and I needed a car so what else could I do.

I drove the car home and the speedometer stopped working. Took the car in to be looked at and guess what absolutely nothing was done! I had to drive the car not knowing what speed I was going for the best part of a week.

They told me they had brought in a replacement for me as it would cost them to much to fix the original car..

So they decided to stitch me up for a 5 year finance deal. And I've ended up paying out almost 17,000 on a Ford Fiesta worth about 1000 now.

Absolute pirates these people! Stay away from them by all means. I would rather walk the 40 miles round trip to work & back then ever go near these criminals again'!

Bought a Vauxhall Astra 6 years ago from them, on my way from collecting it, it caught fire at the traffic lights. A driver behind me alerted me as I had no idea what was happening. Called them and they replaced it with a Peugeot 206 which was good for almost 3 years , I give them that, but I missed one payment due to illness and they came straight to take the car. They did not want any excuses. Never gave me a chance to raise the cash. People avoid avoid avoid.

Bought a Renault Megan estate a few years ago. Only to find that the cam belt needed to be changed as it had done 74000 and was only guaranteed for 72000 miles. Phoned the insurance side of AXA and told not under warranty. Spoke to salesman and was told it's my problem. After a few heated words. Was told F off. Told him I would be cancelling my agreement and was told I can't get out of it. That part was about the only thing that was true. No cooling off period. Once you sign your tied in. Even when the engine has a catastrophic failure. You still pay. And don't get suckered into all the lovely insurance's none of them are worth the paper they are wrote on. Price when signing £364 per month. Price after cancelled insurances £221.19. Overpaid for a car that turned into a nightmare. Double the price. And a rate of 34.9% they really make a fortune for doing nothing but convincing you what a great car and deal this is. Don't be fooled by anything. Even paid £250 that night to get it. Can only say avoid at any cost. Because that's all it's going to do is cost you a lot at the end of day.
