Missing A Payment
This was my 2nd car of CLS a Citroen Picasso 2010 always made my payment until my father died on December 8th 2019 suddenly and funeral 19 December 2019 ,I'm on beniffits so had to contribute towards the funeral causing me to miss a payment of £208.48p ,I recorded delivery of a letter plus my father's death certificate but they sent it all back to me telling me they wanted the arrears clearing in 3 payments to which I told them it was a lot but endeavour to pay as much as I could on because I only clears £80 pounds with my monthly payment ,the threats started on a text message ,then received a letter of termination owing £133 threatened me with seizure and sending in high court sherriffs and have given me till the 28feb to clear it before action will be taken and asked what would happen to car it would be seized and sent to auction DON'T buy a car from these people as their bullying tactics and uncaring attitude will not help you ,these firms prey on PEOPLE'S misery selling you older cars for new car prices they are brilliant while you are paying for their overpriced cars but are worse than loan sharks when you get into trouble ,no help and threats by text. DON'T Do it STAY CLEAR

Dodgy Cars Dodgy People And Very Rude People Dont Go There
they send you to a showroom which is a unit with 7 out of date cars that they hide because they are dodgy cars run by a dodgy rude little man all people in fianance company are rude and dont care that they sell you cars worth 500 pound and charging 12 grand preying on vunrable people they need closing down how can they get away with this

Already At Breaking Point After 2 Days!!!
Went to look for a car and was taken into a room where a man came in and was very rude and said and I quote "WE DON'T HAVE MANY CARS SO YOU CAN GO IN PICK ONE AND LEAVE" Went into what they called a showroom to look at the cars all 7 of them and all being ancient might I add! He basically looked down at us as if we were tramps and he was doing us a favour, he left SOON after for a cigarette and along came someone else to help us,the new sales man seemed really nice but after we picked the only decent car in there he left us in a room to sort the paperwork and made us watch a DVD of the contract even though my partner was on the phone trying to sort out insurance, while the DVD was on he kept coming in and shoving paperwork in front of us to sign it was very forced and rushed and he also knew my partner wasn't in a position to concentrate, they were inaccurate about who we had our finance with and two days after buying the car the exhaust WENT this is when we realised we had basically been persuaded into a contract where we couldn't get out of as the finance was with them and they will refuse to take the car back but we thought our finance was with a good reputable company,i would never have gone with this company if i had known but we have been led to believe it was a different one! I haven't managed to contact them yet as it's shut but I have 3 young children my partner works hard and these people have taken advantage, do not use them I am now left in £11,000 of debt with a car that is falling to pieces after 2 days, when I say falling to pieces I mean rips in the seats scratches in the interior, the electric for the lights in the car doesn't work not to mention the exhaust has gone on it so now sounds like we are driving around in a tractor plus the car is 11!, no matter how bad you need a car don't do it we were desperate and they prayed on that.

Absolute bullying threatening people they try and intimidate women..... I got a car few days ago this company I was made to feel intimidated I was rushed all because he wanted to go home in never showed me the car properly could not wait to get me out of here fast enough I was in a dodgy Warehouse I just accepted it but then realised I've made a mistake when I got home..... rung this Company up to tell them I wanted to return the car as I would have thought you get a 14 day cooling off period no no!!!! To be told I needed to pay short of five grand to get out of this contract!! Also got five days insurance through them you find out the car is not insured and I have a fake insurance document what they printed off a computer!!! Ring this Company up to speak to a bloke to be old I'm a liar and AVIVA insurance company lying as well!! As I rang the Insurance Company up to be told definitely not insured by them company needs shutting down ... oh please anyone get in touch with me who has had problems with this company so we can take it further

Bought a car 5 weeks ago..fuel pumps gone...been in garage 2 half days not even been looked at spoke to a man who was APPARENTLY A MANAGER WITH NO CUSTOMER SKILLS AT ALL.....DO NOT GO HERE. ringing citizen advice to try get out of this contract as totally disgusting attitude

From The Moment I Was In The "showroom" I Should H
From the moment i was in the "showroom" i should have walked out. The man just wanted to go home, i was rushed so so so bad. They told me the figure was £5k and actually now paying off £10k for an old car! He said my weekly figure was 1 thing and in the end it didnt even add up as it was way more!!
The car was faulty with broken headlights which i had to get fixed.
5months of use and the whole power steering went.
They are the ruddest people going, having called them they said to me
its not our fault you cant afford to pay your bills
which 1, my payments to them are always on time and 2 is just pure disrespect!!!!
Honestly i wish i could go back in time, i wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy!

Next thing the police stop me and say the car was reported stolen by cls finance.
Had to leave the car and virtually everything in it.

Absolutely disgusted with the way this company speak to you and the manner shouting down the phone to you belittling you in the process afford at all cost they rip you off try and make you pay more than your payments and if your a day late they don't stop calling you and harassing you to the point they speak to you like rubbish !!!!

If You Have Very Bad Credit You Can Drive Away Same Day
Was very sceptical about this company as no one would accept me as I've very bad credit and I've only recently returned to part time work, on arrival I met with a nice salesman who explained the process clearly to me, I decided I didn't like any of their cars in stock but they found me my perfect car close to my home and sorted everything for me took 2 days from first call to having my new car! Only thing I will say is high interest rates but is expected with this type of credit score, flexible payments to affordability aswell,overall I'm happy with the service and will be returning for my next car

bought a zafira off this company in january and have had nothing but hassle. car has been back to garage for repairs which havent even been done properly they were supposed to fix track rod end and turbo pipe. tracking and balancing hasnt been done after track rod end replaced and when we took the car to another garage we were told turbo pipe was insecure after it was supposedly fixed by them. have found at least another 4 faults with car so rang after sales and was told to get repairs done and we would be reimbursed but we dont want to as we no longer have any confidence in the car at all and dont want to risk our children getting into the car. we have been in touch with cab to be told we can request to send the car back when we told cls finance this they said we couldnt had nothing but hassle from cls finance over repairs etc. we have sent the letter off but are thinking about stopping all payments as we need to buy another car as my partner works over 20 miles away. when we first bought the car from leeds depot we asked salesman if the car had an oil leak which he assured us it didnt for us to find less than 4 weeks later it does and their nominated garage were meant to fix it and its still leaking oil complete joke avoid at all costs complete bullys which try telling you your consumer rights and tell you cab are just reading from a script and you have to keep the car when its only on hp wouldnt advise anyone to use any branch of theirs as they all sound as bad plus if you have any repairs which they tell you they will do the garage they send you to are part of their company too and dont know the back end to the front end of the car
I'm currently experiencing the exact same problem.. upon purchase I was told the car had a years MOT but they couldn't find the certificate and to take it to a local garage in which they'd pay for it. I took it to be told it only had 2 months left on the MOT, it's failed (at this point I'd had the vehicle 12 days) it failed due to a serious shock absorber leak. Take them to trading standards and check the MOT history of the vehicle you've purchased. It's more than likely had fault that they've not repaired before selling it to you.
