What out for the company as they are posting fake adds on theirs websites and other sites like gumtree for example. I found one car and spoke with theirs customer service about it. When I asked for viewing the car they told me next day that car was sold two weeks ago and this offer was outdated from weeks, even tho the posted the add two day ago!! After that they offered me a car which was twice more expensive, sic! Really avoid them as nothing is real on theirs side!

Was sold a car financed by these people that was illegal and not roadworthy. When the car sales place refused to take it back we requested that The Car Finance company refuse the vehicle on our behalf. They refused so we went to the ombudsman who also asked them to refuse the car and they once again refused.

Court or full Ombudman claim will be next as they refuse to speak to us about it.

To add the car sales they provide finance for have not records of MOTs which I believe they are required to keep for 5 years. Again The Car Finance Company refuse to assist us in requesting these while still asking us for payments.

Bought a Audi A3 sline needed new engine in 2nd week they did get a reconditioned one fitted it engine was really load and Shakey along with electricals faulty ended up in a huge argument told them to come get the car as I wasn't paying another penny they came 3 month later took the car and I still haven't paid a thing or herd anything this is 5 month now

We had to use the car finance company when we needed finance for our car. We weren't holding out much how as our credit rating isn't great. They accepted us, and albeit, not the greatest APR, we were able to get finance. The lady that did our paper work was great and explained it all. Made sure we were comfortable with the payments. We just finished our payments but we've never had issues. That have always been helpful when i had any issues of difficulty and never penalised us for paying couple days later than we were suppose to. Would recommend if struggling for finance and need friendly, helpful service.

this is the most un helpful company i have ever came across, staff are so rude and to lazy to help sort your problem out unless its to do with you spending more money,

please do not use this company if you are thinking of it. watse of time and total waste of money.

The car finance company, financed a car ended up going back as not fit for purpose. Second car from an approved car dealer " they use a lot" turns out to be World of Cars!, this also a trading name for the car finance company.

This was the first lie.

Second car suffers faults within first 6 months,and yep they try and " get round" the sale of goods act 2015.

The company will not respond to any communication, they have also never agreed to the car having so many faults. Still to this day,never offered to resolve the situation.

They don't mind ringing and giving you grief when payments are late but don't care about you or the car after you sign your life away!

Stay well clear please don't get caught up in a nail of a car costing three times as much than normal.

Awful service and have left me in thousands of debt!!!!

We purchased a car with the recommended dealer from the car finance company world of cars. Initially we were impressed with the car and it was just what we was looking for as we live in a very rural location and rely on the car for my husband to get to work as there is no public transport there. Within a month the problems began, first an oil leak, then came worn brakes within a month of having it (they were screeching badly), then a water leak, then a blown head gasket.... Now metal in the gear box meaning a whole new gear box and it also needs a new clutch costing £1250 to repair! This was all within 5 months, so I called both the finance company and the dealer to either pay upfront for the the repairs or take the car back as we were within our rights to do so. They told me this would take a few weeks to resolve as an assessor needed to see the vehicle. I explained my husband had to take time off work as he had no way of getting there, which they had no understanding about and I asked for them to pay for a hire vehicle during the time we wait. We were bluntly told no, so now my husband has lost his job as we have no way of getting him there. I emailed them to tell them what has happened and I also said as he now has no job we are unable to pay for the car so they can get a breakdown vehicle and take it away....... No reply! Avoid this company, the cars are useless, charged £4000 for a car with more faults than a £400 car and I've told them to take us to court because I will fight them all the way as the car they sold us was never fit for purpose.

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! Got a car from the person I dealt with working on behalf of the car finance company after waiting 5 days for their mechanic to "check it over" and countless rude encounters with staff we got the car. We had it for less than a week before we noticed problems with the apparent 4 year old car that only had one pervious owner and low miles. In the first 6 months we were back and forth with problems and told we had to pay half to all part and labour costs after 6 months they wouldn't even accept the car in to be looked at. Now 2 years on we have literally re built the car with the amount of work we have had done and new parts needed for the car to be completely useless and breaking down every month from yet another fault with yet another part. Me and my husband both work over 50 hours a week and have children so rely on the car heavily! Yet for £302 a month the car spemds more time at the garage then on the road. the car finance company have been useless, rude and continue to make us pay for a death trap vehicle which they have obviously misled us about its history!!
