Sold my daughters car to U Can Car…

Sold my daughters car to U Can Car Credit the agent conducted the transaction , they withheld £250 as V5 had to be changed.

Sent new V5 front page to their Wigan outlet and DVLA sent complete new V5 to Wigan also! Got a receipt from DVLA

But U Can Car Credit say they have never received either !

My Daughter was told to phone different branches of U Can Car Credit and spoke to different people all promising to call back (None did).

Say as they haven’t received V5 they won’t pay

Don’t allow this company to trick you using this tactic ! We will now follow the small claims court route

Went here as promised a new car I wanted all the usual yes we got you finance etc.then leave me and my 2 lids sat in the outside iffice while go off with my present car keys and driving licence,sat there waiting it was getting dark my 2 girls were asking dad why have they got your keys, get them back I want to go it's weird, when I asked and said I wanted them back I was then presented with this car that car, we need a deposit, we an get you this and kept in until I went over budget just to get out! Never again avoid this place, rude and xondescending and will pressure you into a car you don't want. Don't believe all the positive reviews in their page,trust me look around the we and you will find plenty of bad reviews for this car sales place.

This dealership sold me a car with plenty of faults and were reluctant to repair the faults. It’s taken 3 months to sort the cars issues and still has one remaining. The car was delivered with damage in the hope that I wouldn’t see or just accept it. They don’t do any checks on their vehicles so do your own. Also I suggest you do a hpi check just incase. Customer service is awful and very patronising and rude. 10.5k car delivered to me with buckled welded alloys. Dodgy remap causing the vehicle to misfire. My advice is to avoid this company especially this branch

Got a Jaguar XF off this horrible company .

This is my experience in the 3 weeks I had the jag .

Day 2 fault light comes on saying I have flat tyres .

Day 4 had battery chances because it was knackered .

Day 8 broke down on m40 and was stranded for 4 hours all the electrics went on the car

Got it fixed

Day 14 driving home from work hobbies grinding from the brakes took it to the garage they told me the breaks were fully worn down !

Try to get a report from the garage that fixed my breaks and because it was a garage that Ucan recommend they wouldn’t give me a report saying u can have phoned them to say to issue report !

Day 17 took my car back and got my 2500 deposit back after lots of arguing .. please don’t use this company

Received loads of calls from ucan in willanhall birmingham. Telling me that they had finance in place for me ...was told only to bring my driving licence and a £100 deposit. I chose this really nice car and i was then given all the contract agreement to sign.

The spare key was given to me and the service history book was put on the table.......

The sales lady....disappeared of into the office leaving me under the impression that the vehicle was mine.

5 hours later i was told that the finance company had picked up on a glitch and wouldnt pay up.

its all RUBBISH, another customer went through exactly the same whilst i was there...its cost me insurance and tax and not 1 member of staff apologised.

the a bunch of artists ..DO NOT TRUST THEM !!!!!

They lead u down the garden path.tell you aload of cxxp to get you down to there centre in walsall were i must say the people havnt got aclue what they are doing.beware people DONT GO TO THESE PEOPLE!!
