I sought Barclays MIS to recover unpaid rental bills. Attention at the marketing stage was promising, this waned, and I've had no response to several emails enquiring about my case. The last I heard it was "shelved" and has seen no progress for years now. The expectation they would seek to recover the debt for 12 years has seen a far more premature exit. I was asked not to enquire, as it detracts from time for them to work on recovering funds... ??? if only I saw some. Replies or some for of an update once or twice a year isn't much to ask.
