After being recommended Charles Frank Finance by a friend i contacted them with the intent of helping me get a secured loan to clear my debts. Their staff were excellent and the agent who dealt with my application was extremely knowledgable about the market and also compassionate to my circumstances. Calls were professional and made at times requested (due to work constraints) and the whole process was completed like clockwork with a rate i was amazed by. I would have no hesitation calling them with any future financial requirements as i know i will be dealt with as a person not a number...

I have struggled with my many debts on my own for so long, not sleeping,not able to enjoy anything, every day I felt weighed down like I was dragging them around. Why didn't I call these guys earlier....they have honestly changed my life. I know that sounds drastic, but when you're in the arrears cycle that I was they just threw me a lifeline.
