These people should never be allowed to deal with people's finances!

I had a real nightmare dealing with this company....high fees and very very poor service - incorrect payments to creditors / not updated account details and in the end i had to get in touch with my creditors to sort my loans out and get up to date balances to be able to see where my money goes.... - please, please do some research and try to find another company to help you with your debts!

i had been struggling with my debts for about 6 months burying my head in the sand befor I started to look for help, Kensington were one of the first companies that popped up when I searched for help online

the initial advisor was quite helpful and talked me thro most things but wanted to make a payment on the fone without even signing any paperwork! they called me several times a day for the week after that until eventually I filled in my paperwork and paid them as they made me feel I had to do something quickly

as soon as I had made my first payment they lost interest . over the next month I received loads of calls n letters off my credit cards demanding payment and everytime I called Kensington they just said it can take upto 3 months to get it sorted!!

I had enough and ive now done something else which is gonna get me out of debt a lot sooner and without all of there fees,just wish I hadn't wasted months with these
