So far our experience of Settle My Debt has been very good. The plan was explained in detail and so far we've had nothing but positive results. Our debts are being effectively dealt with and the costs to us are pretty minimal in real terms.

Our first settled account was at 65% of the outstanding amount and they are keeping the debtors at bay, which is always nice.

Not using S-M-D would have meant paying high figures with no end is sight, spending 10 years locked into a arrangement with no flexibility or bankruptcy. Their approach is better.

On a service from queries and issues are dealt with effectively by email. The one minor glitch we had with them was sorted in a matter of hours, all by email.

I would recommend Settle My Debt to anybody who has even a modicum of debt as they are experts are negotiating lower payments that will result in not bad credit in the future.
