I’ve used the NHMH for the last few years for both new purchases and new mortgages. All the uncertainty and worry was taken out of the process with both the initial conversations with the team members and the mortgage brokers. I had my mortgage appointment today and it couldn’t have gone any better. I feel I have had a massive weight lifted off my shoulders and this is all down to the person I dealt with. What can I say, from start to finish he was fantastic.

He was very professional and went out of his way to help me from the moment he first contacted me. He explained his role and what he would be doing on our appointment. Explained everything that I needed have ready for him, if I was unsure of anything or needed reassurance he was at the other end of the phone right until the morning of our appointment (Which he arrived early for :))

He went out of his way and spoke to my parents to make sure that they were also aware of what I was agreeing to and answered any questions they had to reassure them without any bother.

He went above and beyond to ensure that he was going to walk away leaving his client happy. To the point we’re he completed the full application for me there and then, he even contacted the lender after sending all my documents over to them and had everything approved with the lenders before he left!

From the moment we contacted NHMH they worked really hard to find the right mortgage for us, and then when we were ready to submit our application a consultant spent an evening at our home talking through everything with us, helping us complete the application, and scanning all the necessary documents. By the end of the evening we were more than comfortable with our mortgage application as we felt confident that we had been given all the information we needed to make the correct decision for us about our application and mortgage protection.

We were then assigned a member of staff to oversee the application process. She made sure the lender had all the information necessary to process our application and very kindly kept us updated every few days with how our application was progressing. Although it has taken a few weeks for the application to be approved it has been now and we are looking forward to moving into our new home soon.

We are so pleased with the service provided we will be encouraging everyone we know who is applying for a mortgage to ask NHMH to help. We will definitely use their services again the next time we need a mortgage.

We met our advisor and he took us through all the paperwork, no question was to daft, he spent well over his allotted time with us and we were his last call of the day.

After meeting the person I dealt with his fantastic team took over, they guided us through the rest of the mortgage, replying within minutes to emails.

The New Homes Group managed to achieve in just under 2 weeks what our previous Mortgage Services company could not achieve in 7 weeks. Everyone I spoke to at The New Homes Group were very helpful and your account handlers keep you up to date with process every few days. Fees were very reasonable too. I was dubious at first, as our Developer recommended using them as their preferred choice, but having used them, I cannot recommend highly enough.
