I cannot recommend Simply enough. Agents have all handled different aspects of the process when it came to finding my partner and I a mortgage. They are amazing individuals who all really care about ensuring your needs are met and that you're happy with the process, rates and terms set out with complete transparency when helping you to understand the options available.

My partner and I have a complex situation as we both have defaults on our credit history, both only started our jobs in Aug and Sep 2022, and to top it off, my partner's job isn't a set wage but rather he gets paid various amounts if he meets certain criteria at work. We attempted to obtain a mortgage ourselves and it was proving impossible. We also used another broker who gave us false promises before telling us "sorry, we can't help you".

Although the first lender Simply had approached decided against helping us due to my partner's strange pay structure, Agent managed to find us another lender THE SAME DAY, who would help us and now, we get to move into our dream home!

As A first time buyer I had limited knowledge of how to apply for a mortgage. I researched online and thought it would be easy to get a mortgage as myself and my partner both had good credit scores! We made an offer on a lovely house which was accepted. We applied directly to a high street lender without much thought. After a long drawn out process, including multiple trips to the bank itself providing various documents our mortgage was declined on affordability. It was almost two months from when our offer had been accepted and we were sure we would loose our house. I then tried a well known fee free broker who told me our mortgage would be very difficult to place and refused to help us. After some more research online I stumbled across Simply Investment. They are very knowledgeable and was honest throughout. They explained what was achievable from the off. My partner is self employed and we only had one year of full accounts yet Simply Adverse knew who the best lender for us would be. Simply kept us updated by email and telephone. We received our new mortgage offer within 4 weeks start to finish - and that was even over the Christmas period!!

We had a recommendation from a friend and honestly could not have asked for more, our mortgage broker assisted us before, during and after our mortgage application! They were brilliant and always on hand to ask any questions and broke it down into simple terms - which as first time buyers made it MUCH easier. Apart from the fact it was a great service, they got us the best possible rate and gave really good advice which was totally relevant to us.

I can't recommend the Simply Investment team highly enough. I had got myself into an awful financial situation, and I really thought I had no option but to sell my house and use the equity to pay off my debts. I had approached my mortgage lender to ask to re mortgage to encompass my debts, but they had refused on the basis of my income compared with the amount of debt.

A broker at Simply Investment listened to my case and assured me that he was positive that a solution could be found. And indeed it could. I managed to re mortgage on a great 2 year fixed deal with a well known high street lender. I know I could not have done this on my own.

I could not have been happier with the service the whole team at Simply Investment provided. They gave me sensible, straight forward and non-judgemental advice. They made sure that I understood every step of the process. I live about 100 miles away from their office, so was unable to talk to them face to face, but they kept in regular contact by email, and by phone. They were happy to answer any queries I had, and even chased up the solicitors for me when that part was going very slowly.
