In short the range of different insurance products sub contracted out to other insurance providers is littered with ambiguous language and absurd technicalities leaving the customer without a good service. Cleverly but rather obviously Lloyds then distances it's self from the products refusing to engage with complaints referring you back to the insurer. Case in point is the wording "beyond economic repair" which in most peoples minds would be the replacement of said item, but with the cover provided through Premier it amounts to £250.00. Towards a boiler which in an emergency does not cover you at all.
I really do appeal to the government and all responsible authorities to help make the big boys play fairer.
Lloyds are behaving terribly, they sell it but will not take responsibility for it, acting like a broker. If only this was made a little clearer at point of sale. " We will sell it to you but after that your on your own". How's that for your "life's journey".

The Conditions For Travel Insurance Are Much Bette
The conditions for travel insurance are much better with Natwest Advantage Gold. Give Lloyds TSB Permier Accont a miss; the deal is second rate and they don't care
I had a premier account with lloyds for years but recently received a call from moneysmartco ltd who offered to claim back the fees. I didn't agree at first but then thought that this account has been useless to me so got back in touch with them and they recovered £2350.45 for me in just 4 weeks. Very professional company and helpful. Highly recommend them to anyone who has one of these fee paying account.

I've Been With Lloyds For 26 Years - And I Used To
I've been with Lloyds for 26 years - and I used to really like the experience. In the last two years, as a Premier Plus customer, I'm finding the service has gone completely below par. One example, it took 3 months to open a simple business account. The customer services are very polite but completely impotent in dealing with issue giving conflicting advice.
I'm voting with my feet - off to HSBC - a big shame after 26 years.

I am banking with lloydstsb from over five years now. in this whole time i had bad experiences with some other banks that i had accounts with.. but lloyds is simply what i woulod call amazing..
been an year that i upgraded to premier account.. paying 25 pound a month and i am surprized for the fact that how on earth can they offer so much in such amount..
i locked myself out.. they home emergency cover sorted it out within three hours..
i forgot keys in car.. aa came through lloyds premier account and again with in an hour
they came twice for home start within an hour
i had soem problem with cell.. flip was messing about.. my 500 pounds new nokia.. they sent new one
after few months i got robbed and only gave crime report number to customer service staff.. again another new phone came in post with in two days.. even the police took longer for whole crime report thing than lloyds for insurance..
and now recently my bolier broke down.. n that too during the big freez and early snow.. i am in london.. they said its the busiest time.. appologised and promised to send some one in within 48 hours.. turned out fan was broken down.. they sent new one and guy within next 24 hours to replace the bolier fan..
these r my honest incidents and now i hnestly think that people would be absolutly mad to buy aa cover, mobile phone, travel and other insurances seprately..
i would highly recomend this account to every one.. though i seriously feel that they woul soon relaize 25 pounds is so cheap to offer that much and withdraw few services..

I Never Usually Write Reviews About These Types Of
I never usually write reviews about these types of things, especially about banks who quite honestly I despise. Lloyds TSB has been absolutely brilliant with every aspect of my account, 3 insurance claims made over 5 years, no problems at all, home-start is an absolute dream with my dodgy motor.
Even though the banks, and banking system has completely ruined this country and many others, If you must have a bank account, I would recommended these.

I Opened Up A Simple Cash Account With A Debit Car
I opened up a simple cash account with a debit card after running up a load of fees on my natwest accout, opening the account with lloyds was very quick and easy, intact I filled out the online application form, and received my debit card a few days later, with the pin in a different envolope, I've had nothing but praise for lloyds, simple banking, without the drama, their customer service is absolutely fantastic, calls are answered quick, customer reps are polite, kind, and understand and cut straight to the point where any problems are concerned, I've recently upgraded to the silver account, for only around £3.50 a month, I've also got a £350 overdraft on the account which is nice to have should anything unfortunate happen, generally speaking I'd recommend lloyds tsb to everyone, better then any other bank.

Having Had This Account For 4 Years I Was Very Hap
Having had this account for 4 years I was very happy knowing that I had cover for my mobile, travel , aa etc.
However I have had to use the AA and mobile insurance this year.
I called the AA and the refused to come out on a home start as they claimed that it was the busiest time and they would not do a home start.
Got my friend to call the AA with his direct AA membership and they came out.
I am now claiming for my Iphone which was lost. They have taken 4 days now and still I have no answers - if you insure your phone with a phone company you get your new phone the next day.
Once I get my Iphone claim sorted I will be closing my Lloyds account

The Setup Of My Premier Vantage Account Was Very Q
The setup of my Premier Vantage account was very quick and efficient. I received my Lloyds TSB Premier Banking Current Account welcome pack pretty much the next day and my debit card within two days.Staff have been nothing but helpful and always address me by my name rather than 'sir' which makes the service more personalized.I would recommend this account to anyone with substantial capital, as you receive a great interest rate for balances of £7,000+. I believe at the moment Lloyds are offering a discounted monthly fee of around £17 rather than the £20 they normally charge
