After Paying Premiums For Almost 20 Years, When I
After paying premiums for almost 20 years, when I finally needed to make a claim they made me wait for almost four months, their communication was terrible throughout and then they decided they would only pay a tiny fraction of my contracted amount. I wish I had never heard of them.

Avoid Them
I was sick 4 weeks, I had an operation, I started the case 9 weeks ago, so far I have no money, they ask you for a pile of documents that I have sent for a long time when you try to contact them, they answer that the person in charge of the case is on holiday
After 2 successful trades, I got scammed £250,000 cumulatively. I will advise you all not to invest your hard earned money on binary options. It’s all facade as they lure you into investing a lot of money and then steal it at once. I got help to fight back hard till I recovered my money after months of agony and depression. I am willing to share my experience with other victims who might need help. Contact olivia trader they are professionals and helped me all the thanks once again.

Stay Well Clear!
Income protection is supposed to cover your bills and living expenses in times of illness or injury, they have a go slow policy you will find yourself months down the line without being able to pay bills or afford to buy food, they do this to force you back into work against doctors order, that way they create a catch22 because they say that proves you could work and avoids the incapacity definition. I had to report them to the FOS who ruled in my favour and ordered that the company had acted poorly, it was ruled that the insurance company had deliberately stalled paying benefits to put me in a bad financial situation where i could not pay bills, which is exactly what the policy is supposed to protect you against..

Absolutely Incompetent
I wouldnt touch this company with a barge pole. This society has a go slow policy. I was promised a payout for a particular amount, it was halved. They promised to pay my benefit prior to Christmas, they paid it out 6 weeks after the due date. My children and I went without at Christmas, because they couldnt process the claim in time for the payroll, all of the information was passed to them a week before the payroll date. Again I have passed more information on to them prior to the deadline date and again they have not completed it intime for the deadline so I wont be getting my benefits in time.
Paid Out Ok.
Got policy through a financial adviser. Happy with the premiums and they are still paying out my claim for a bad back. I am self-employed builder.
Does What It Says On The Tin....
Like the other reviewer, my financial adviser told me not to pay for the optional savings bit as it was c**p, but that the actual income protection bit was superb. I checked it out with some mates who work in the industry and they said I couldn't get better cover anywhere else. Not had to claim yet but surely their statistics showing high payouts must be verified? Cost wise, they are far cheaper than the 'big' insurance companies.

I Had A Claim Paid Out. I'm Self-employed And Do M
I had a claim paid out. I'm self-employed and do motocross and I went through and independent financial adviser who fully explained what I was getting. Because my job and sport are risky, she showed me that they were massively cheaper that what the other insurance companies would have charged. They did have an expensive version that included savings but she advised me to go for the cheaper option. Virtually all of the other companies wouldn't even cover me for motocross - which is how I got injured. Glad to have the money - my missus would have killed me otherwise!
