Don’t Trust This Company
..I have been able to get back my funds I also had my doubts, but I persevered and I finally found a firm that actually retrieved your funds without asking for any forms of advance payments. All you have to do this time is just make sure you’ve got proper documentation of how you lost your crypto once that’s done you can send a message to .: +1 (657) 257‑9856 on whtsaq for help or contact them through there website AT ( erib.io ) hey would assigned an expert to you right away to help you

Terrible Outdated Software
Been using is for a few years now and nothing has improved. It belongs in the 80’s. Nothing is intuitive. You have to use a clunky smart card device to logon which kind of fails if the cable has been bent. The forms that exist to make changes are not accessible and they are not intuitive either. Everything has been over engineered to make a simple address change. The rest of Barclays don’t even link up with Barclays.net so we have already changed our postal address with them but .net need another instruction and then another one for PIN codes. It’s just ridiculous. Everything takes forever. We want to change to business but it seems business doesn’t handle the payments we need to make. Continually stuck so looking to move business elsewhere. Avoid at your peril!

Terrible, Run.
I've joined my company some months ago. It's taken this long for the pencil pushers to get me this vital tool for my part of the job.
Setting up a new account is hell. The site looks and works like some failed project from the Dot Com era. Terrible gif and looped music would not be out of place.
This software does not play nice with our Payroll software at all. We've been troubleshooting for weeks. People didn't get paid right.
Nothing works in terms of even simply viewing the accounts, just a blank screen with places for links to go when the coders figure out how to do that. Except, this is supposed to be a finished service? not a public stress test?
If i was the boss of my own small business, a beaurocratic blip in Barclays.net would lock my whole team out, and put me out of business (at a whim?) I'm convinced we're losing money by using this software. The troubleshooting hours/days that this cost us.
To talk to a person, one needs to enter a sort code and allegedly that's supposed to reveal a number. It doesn't. I'm alone and in the dark with their problems on top of my own, and have nobody to complain to.
I am told that we use this software because it is more secure than other Barclays alternatives. (the ones that work)
This should terrify you.
Total Rubbish
I’ve not even used this software but after reading the reviews that include being compared to genital warts I felt compelled to leave a review.
Barclays have excelled themselves here! I’m actually impressed they’ve managed to anger every user of this software. Congrats.

Was A Decent Online Service Now Verging On Useless
Was a decent online service now verging on useless.
It seems most banks have used the same software company - the verification updates that most banks appear to have employed are seriously flakey.

This software is the digital equivalent of genital warts. If I had to choose between using this software and getting kicked in the balls, I'd even let The Rock do it.

Breathtakingly Bad
It fails on every level - every single task is over-complicated and non-intuitive. It looks and feels like software did in the 1990s - except absolutely no pride or effort taken to make it usable. Add to that the fact that it is "flaky" - often down; crashes; logging on succeeds only c60% of the time - I am continually "checking the card reader is attached correctly".
It can't be possible that this was developed and delivered in this decade - can it??!!
Not a day goes by when it doesn't waste at least half an hour of my life.
The only positive thing to be said is the quality of the help desk team (who by their own admission get lots of practice).
Avoid at all costs.

The Worst Internet Banking Ever!
Having had experience of several internet banking platforms, I cannot comprehend why Barclays would present this to their clients as the way forward! I hate with a passion every bit of it - the clunky slowness, the lack of user-friendly design, it's down time - I could go on, and on, and on ...... if you have an option - Bank elsewehere! (Doesn't deserve 1 star).

The Most User Unfriendly Package In The History Of Software
How on earth did this product ever get signed off by Barclays IT department and launched on the unsuspecting Barclays commercial customers. It is so unpleasant to operate even though I only make about 4 bank transfers a week I am looking at other banks to spare me from using it (I have been a Barclays customer since 1994 when I opened my business).
It is not intuitive, keeps freezing the screen and time consuming. Bring back BIB

Awful program that takes too long to do the simplest of tasks. A lot of standard options are not available like viewing direct debits. Printing is all wrong, font is tiny and pages don't print correctly. All I can do is repeat what everyone else is saying. Don't use this software unless you are prepared to pull your hair out and spend endless amounts of time doing nothing! And please, please do not make a multi beneficiary payment and then want to change anything once submitted. There is a charge of £20 per item as you have to cancel all payments and then set them up again!

Do you know if they will credit check me as a user but not a signatory on the account?
