Bunch Of Bandits. Sick To Death Of Having To Chase
Bunch of bandits. Sick to death of having to chase them for the cashback payment that they are supposed to make "automatically".
It is pointless to advertise and promote cashback with a debit card if you have no intention of honouring it.
I am sure someone, somewhere is benefitting from this however, its not me and trying to resolve the problem with customer services is beyond a joke...its pathetic.
Pockit should simply cancel their cashback scheme, they are incapable of running it properly.

Rubbish Company
Terrible customer service avoid pockit and don't transfer any big money onto the card because you will never see it again?
Not Good, But ...
It is certainly not great by any means, Negatives: you cannot top up by going into the post office, and debit card top ups are charged about 1 pound each time, transfer top ups can take up to 3 working days to be credited (one time they lost one of my transfer top ups and I had to send them a few screen shots from my current account), they even have the nerve to explicitly say that the refunded transactions may not appear on your statement as individual transactions which have been credited into your account, I had problem with just-eat a few times now only because of this policy, and I don't know if I ever got my money back or not, the website is so childish and is not user friendly at all, (specially if you are using safari), apart from these, it is not horrible, I certainly cannot trust them on everyday transactions, but for once in a blue moon transactions, or when you need to purchase something in a not very safe place, it is fine.

Can You Afford To Lose Your Money? Pockit.com Will
Having been a user of the pre-paid credit card supplier, Pockit.com - what I thought would be a safe way to shop online, so if anyone got my c.card, all they could take me for, was what I had loaded onto the card - so I thought!
I didnt realise this INCLUDED POCKIT.com
WE CAUTIONED - they block your credit, when you use certain merchants, for utp 2 weeks - or more - I have no idea how long... as they STILL have mymoney, nearly 50 quid, blocked. The order was cancelled by me the same day with merchant, so while authorisation was obtained, funds were never sent, but POCKIT.com have and continue to BLOCK those funds.
Ive heard of this with hotel reservations, incase you trash the room, but never like this.
BE WARNED, only use POCKIT.com if you can afford to lose the cash. Im a single dad, working full time, on £7.20 an hour. I CANT AFFORD TO LOSE £50
Pockit.com just blame the system. c/c service no help at all.
