Internet Business Banking

I have found making payments via internet is very expensive with Standard Bankas as opposed to Capitec and other banks. Capitec charges R1.50 per transaction as Standard Bank charges R18.30 per transaction.Has anyone else evre experienced that also ???

I fully agree with this person who has problems with Standard Bank charges when compared with Capitec Bank. Both of these companies are South African and I'm not sure they are valid on this UK site.

Incidentally, most people in the UK would be absolutely horrified at the size of bank charges in South Africa.

i was introduced to cellphone banking on the 15/04/2012.i was asked for a csp number which i did enter when i tried accessing it the next day they told me that the number that i entered was incorrect now tell me where does the problem lie with me or the bank.i know exactly the number that i have been using and now they tell me that it is incorrect please help me to access my number or i would have to cancel my banking with you guys.thanking you kindly.i would have liked if you guys gave me info on me doing cellphone banking things like if you forget your csp pin there is ahint for you that would be really nice.

I have tried to access internet banking numerous times and have spend countless minutes talking to the tech support of the bank, resolved by having to visit my local branch to do internet transaction, nice... very nice

Internet Banking Disaster

Have been trying since Friday 24th June to access internet banking to no avail and nobody able to assisst or furnish reason as to why I cannot access internet banking let alone my account as I am in Saudi Arabia with no branch of Standard Bank available to complain to and transactions that need urgent attention.

Really Standard Bank after doing bussiness with you for the past 35 years I have reached the stage of considering moving my account and all fixed deposits to another Bank i.e Nedbank as this is now really becoming ridiculous.

I am in Qatar and I am experiencing the same problem with Standard bank internet banking.

I have logged an online complaim, but as usual nothing has been done to resolve.

Fantastic product.

Uptime better than most of the other banks.

Quality service when sending in queries.

Site is much quicker and more efficient than others.

I have no problems whatsoever if I have to use the help line.

Problems are resolved within 48 hours.

Best internet banking webite I've ever used. Some problems logging in from 2am to 3am when they do their server maintenance, but apart from that, easy to use and no problems at all. Highly recommended.

Internet Banking/telephone Banking What's The Use?

Internet banking/Telephone banking what's the use? When it all goes wrong what you need is someone to help you. I have been trying to get someone to e-mail a reply to my question for 4 days now. Even the Complaints Resolution Centre does not reply. Let's face facts. Bad service is better than no service. I still cannot access my money. Shame on you Standard Bank.
