Great For Savings Account!
Been a customer for almost 2 years, very happy with the service. Profit rate is very good if fixed for 2 years. 120 day notice account has a good return of 2% gross. Would recommend.

An amazingly helpful and professional bank, friendly manager and assistants, efficient branch and telephone systems, personal service and flexibility in going out-of-their-way to assist.

I'm also not a Muslim, but was treated with courtesy and efficiency in opening a Deposit Account with the Islamic Bank of Britain, including a long and helpful telephone conversation with a Manager on a Saturday morning. Clear documentation and friendly correspondence. A lesson to the big UK banks in how to run a customer operation.
