Fantastic Service
Just bought my new Mazda CX-5 .id looked into this car all over before purchasing from the kirkalldy branch the service from start to finish was amazing they even brought it to my local dealers over a 125 miles away. The sales man was great no pressure from start to finish and a fantastic price too .

Poor Customer Support
We brought our one month old car to get checked under warranty as had warning lights and smoke was coming out from under the bonnet. They couldn't find what was wrong with it, so sent us away and charged fees because "couldn't find a fault that would be covered under warranty"! Shocking! Incompetent !

Poor, poor Way To Deal With A Potential Buyer
Called Arnold Clark Kirkcaldy enquiring about a car they were selling. Got a trade in figure, agreed a deposit and finance figures.
Then drove the hour and 20 min drive to view the car. Even spoke to then on the way and confirmed I was on route.
Walked into the showroom and was told the car had been sold 5 mins ago!!!
Poor, poor way to deal with a customer.
Would never deal with them again.

I'm Very Happy With This Dealer
I am writing to congratulate Arnold Clarke. They are a fantastic dealer. I have just purchased my second new peugeot car from the Kirkcaldy branch. And in my opinion I could not have received any better service. From the manager to sales staff, the ladies in reception and also the staff in the service department. As for the service plan, I thought it was excellent value for money, if you take out the plan to suit your requirements.

Two Years Ago I Bought A Used Car From Arnold Clar
Two years ago i bought a used car from arnold clark in a branch in glasgow, everything was hunky dory at first, they aranged credit, sold me their autocare warranty (on finance at the interest rate available to me which would make you cry, but i was desperate) after the test drive i spotted a few things wrong with the car which the charming wee salesman told me would be rectified upon receipt of the car. when i came to pick up the car the work was not completed and i was told that i could just take the car and pop it back in at my leisure to have the work done. Brilliant, easier said than done. from then on arnold's training at his brainwashing centre/college really came in to play,no direct answers, nobody would take responsibility even the manager of the branch who marched up to me with his service manager sidekick to tell me what was what. after half an hour of arguing and realising i wasn't lying down i was asked to leave the premises because i was causing a scene in the showroom, i was asked to go to another brach that dealt with my make of car which i did and things just got worse, by the time the car was checked over by this branch my months standard warranty had expired and was informed that the faults were not covered by the autocare plan i mentioned, nothing was being done unless i paid. by this time i wanted to drive the car through the showroom window and take out as many slaters (crap menswear)suits as possible. my next two years of dealing with these clowns was mental, parts not being replaced, parts of the car being damaged while at their hands, a constant stream of lies from receptionists, everyone you want speak to on holiday or a day off, no return phone calls, people telling you something on the phone then denying they said it when you meet them face to face, vastly overpriced parts(go to eurocar parts and have a local mechanic do it, save approx 3/4 ov your money), i even had a senior technician sit in my car and deny he could hear a rattle which my eight year old son had asked me about. I could go on about arnold for another week but let me end by saying that it is the worst experience i have ever had concerning a car(that includes two serious crashes) i would urge anyone reading this to look elswhere or failing that walk. good luck. (ps don't you thing he looks lke robert the bruce's dad in braveheart)
I think that your experience is pretty much par for the course in dealing with used car salesmen an car dealers ( stealers ) .I know of another garage in KIRKCALDY that is pretty bmuch the same. Its all small print and manipulation

Just Received My Car Back From Service And Mot Fro
Just received my car back from service and Mot from Arnold Clark Peugeot in Kirkcaldy. I realise not all experiences are always positive but the Peugeot staff i have always found to be very helpful. The service reception will always go and enquire if they are unsure of something to ensure that I always fully under all the work done on my car.
