My husband bought a car from Autovogue earlier this year for £28k, only to find out 8 months later when trading the car in for something different that it didn't have any service history whatsoever despite Autovogue clearly selling it with full dealership history. They have been very difficult since we have asked for some compensation as we lost another £2k on the car due to no service history as confirmed by BMW. We wouldn't even have bought the car if we had known there was no service history. We are now in receipt of a letter from Autovogue's solicitors saying "we got what we bargained for"!! absolute joke. Would avoid at all costs!!
