Slow, Expensive And Failed To Do What They Said
Said they would order the part in advance to speed things up and didn't.
Said they had cleaned my car inside and out (also listed on invoice) and hadn't.
Very expensive part, half price elsewhere and wouldn't let us take the broken bit unless we paid £100 extra but only listed as £0.01 on the invoice.

Made a genuine mistake when ordering a new VW badge for my convertible Beetle.I thought the back and the front badges were the same so just ordered a badge. When going to fit the badge found out they are different. When returning it and explained what had happened and could I return and replace with the correct one.After giving him the registration of the car he looked for the badge on his screen that took 4 goes to log into! Firstly I was told it was a complete unit costing £500 and they are not made anymore,I said I was going to look at it because I was sure it didn't look like the one he was showing me!he decided he would look too,realising it wasn't what he thought he then changed his mind and still gave me the wrong information by telling me it was a sensor button and would be £70 and said he would not except the wrongly ordered one back! I'VE SINCE FOUND OUT IT ISN'T EVEN A SENSOR BUTTON! The the man clearly knew nothing even with a computer giving him options, he still didn't give the correct information! When I suggested could he try to explain to wherever they order the parts about the mistake that had been made, he laughed in my face saying no they wouldn't be bothered by a badge! NO and I'm not bothered with parting with my money to a Maidstone Beadles franchise that have no Customer Service or training for staff in their job description! When there is another VW franchise more than happy to help just 15 mins away!JCB Medway

The online booking system for car service does not actually work. They called me the day before i was due to drop my car off to inform me they next availability was weeks away...... thanks. Useless!!

Appalling Customer Service
Beadles of Maidstone - DO NOT go there. They charge a premium for their service work and when for instance a battery they supplied and installed fails - they are not interested even when faced with evidence of aforementioned battery failure.
Please please go to any garage in the Good garage guide - they are independant and have excellent cutomer facing services.
Not Worth It
Just did a service with Beadles VW in Bromley and they did not even wash/clean my car. Also the overseeing lady was not very friendly - am not still sure what all things they have promised and what all they have completed. I shelled out 400 GBP and the only visible thing that I received was a MOT certificate.

Possibly The Worst Main Dealer Experience You Coul
Possibly the worst main dealer experience you could imagine when getting service and support for your shiny new car.
I went here to get my 2010 Nissan Qashqai fixed after a minor incident with the wing mirror, I needed to have it replaced and the door re-sprayed. These guys booked me in for a 2 day slot which turned into a 4 day disaster. They never called, I was always the one to call them, the workmanship was truly shocking for the money I paid (almost £700) and on getting a courtsy car and having to squeeze 3 car seats into a dinky Nissan Note they were clueless on how to disable the passenger airbag. Total disregard for safety and general lack of care when dealing with customers cars.
I wrote a complaint to the top guy but after 2 weeks heard nothing back. What a bunch of jokers, how can I seriously think about another Nissan when the manufacture is backed up by such cowboys as these.
You wont see me there again...ever!
