A Really Poor Dealership. The Car I Pur
A really poor dealership.
The car I purchased had numerous problems since being new. Although the many problems were always fixed I had numerous dealings with their after sales service department. Unlike most other dealers I have had experience of they never offer a courtesy car and never return phone calls - leaving the emphasis upon the customer to chase them.
Showrooms are not as good as other dealers and parking at both Crewe and Wilmslow is extremely difficult.
BMW owners I know - purchasing and servicing through alternative dealerships all seem to experience better levels of service and customer care.
My recommendation - find another dealer!

Delighted With The Service That Both My Family & I
Delighted with the service that both my family & I have received from Blue Bell Wilmslow. David Andrew's was excellent and the revamped service department was most impressive! Great experience from the moment you walk-in to when you get out your wallet...... Well done everyone!!!

I've Has Good And Bad Experiences At Blue Bell Bmw
I've has good and bad experiences at Blue Bell BMW. My conclusion is that it comes down to which of the sales people help you. If you are repeatedly promised phone calls and they don't materialise, it pays to swap to a different sales person who is either more conscientious or less snowed under with customer enquiries.
