New X5 M50 With An Excellent Discount
I wanted an X5 M50 - bit like trying to buy a Unicorn - dealerships kept trying to fob me off with stock X5 4.0d's. Discovered Broadspeed and the whole thing couldn't have been easier. Told them the exact configuration from the BMW website (along with individual pricing so I knew exactly what the price would be from BMW). Basically Broadspeed, for a peppercorn figure, negotiated circa 20% off standard price. In essence brand new car - no tax cost. The allotted BMW dealership then kept me constantly in the loop of the car build, importation, likely delivery date, choice of Reg etc. Can't think of a reason not to use them every time for a new car.

Fantastic Discount On New Bmw
This is the 3rd time I have bought a new Beemer on the internet, first time with Broadspeed. After all costs the discount was 10.8%. Was a bit nervous that the person I dealt with was based in Spain but he was very knowledgeable and an expert on German cars. I was in touch with a main dealer in two days. The service was incredible.
If you want brilliant service then it has to be Broadspeed. There was nothing I didn't like.

Unsure About Internetpurchase ?
Hi, Ive just completed the purchase of a brand new Citroen C4 Picasso, through Broadspeed. Like everyone else with so much cash and an internet site, trepidation and apprehension til the day it arrived, just a little late, but the guys at the company were fairly good in keeping me up to date.
I have mentioned how successful the purchase was to now several local buyers, and the great price, which thrashed our local Citroen dealer by a huge amount, and even beat CarWow by a lump
I can only say from my standpoint, what a great deal, good service including delivery right to my door by a courteous and very careful driver

Fantastic Price And Service
My wife and I decided to try out some online car price sites for our new CRV before visiting some Honda car dealers. We got four quotes and the Broadspeed price easily came out lowest. Not only that, but they provided complete information about the models that were in stock (or not, as the case may be) which none of the others did. The EX model we settled on was discounted down to £27,309 all-in - about £5000 less than the Honda price list and Broadspeed sent a clear quote with everything broken down so we could see and understand the figures properly. We then wasted about two hours in our local Honda showroom - we were shown a CRV EX - we test drove it - but the salesman simply would not give us a clear price (we just could not work out what the discount was from various quotes he gave us). I was so fed up with the showroom experience, we didn't bother with another and phoned Broadspeed to take things forward. It was so easy - a few questions about trade in and how we wanted to pay etc. and we were put through to a very sensible Honda main dealer about two hours drive from us. The dealer's price was exactly as Broadspeed had quoted us - to the pound - everything went as they said it would and we placed an order over the phone. Our new CRV was delivered on Friday and it was perfect - just what we wanted and just as we ordered it. If I am generous to the Honda showroom we visited locally, the Broadspeed price was at least £3000 lower than their's - and without all the hassle. I say at least £3000 less because I never found out what our local dealership was actually proposing. In summary, I'd never bother going direct to a main dealer again - but will let Broadspeed haggle the price and organise it all for me. Great service!

Audi A6 Ultra - Rrp £48,923 - I Paid Main Dealer £10308 Less
The car business seems more thqan a little mad to me.
I visited two Audi dealers, one near my home and another near my work.
Neither dealer provided any clarity on the price (despite me being absolutely clear what I wanted to know) - neither fully knew my car's actual specification - and amazingly neither followed up my enquiry after one whole week - despite both taking three phone numbers and an email address.
That said, the showrooms were obviously very busy and their attitude was certainly one of not caring whether I bought a car or walked away (so I walked away).
In terms of price reduction, I was offered a "deposit contribution" of £2250 (from Audi I think) plus £1000 off in one case and £1500 in the other (ie a total saving of £3250-£3500).
My golf chum had used Broadspeed and got a good deal, so I visited the web site - specified my A6 and got a web quote there and then. The saving online was £10,308! Being a suspicious type, I called them to understand what they do and how they do it.
The answer is not that much. They persuade Audi dealers to sell at small profit to reach their sales targets. I was asked if I was ready to order - and answered yes. They put me on hold for a few minutes (I had to hold on) and on that same call we all spoke together (me, Broadspeed negotiator, Audi dealer) and a deal was struck.
The whole conversation was probably 10 minutes and I was completely happy with the trade banter I joined in with.
Once the deal was agreed, the dealer sent me the usual paperwork which I signed and returned. I paid the £1000 deposit straight to the Audi dealer - paid the Broadspeed fee (which I'd already been quoted) and waited 11 weeks.
Once the car was ready, I completed everything with the dealer - including the second payment. My car was delivered in a covered truck with a full tank of fuel. The dealer was very straightforward to deal with and I had not a single niggle.
I am totally happy with the experience, the price and the service I received from Broadspeed and the Audi dealer.
I'd definitely do the whole thing this way again - and probably not bother to visit a showroom at all!

Excellent Ford Mondeo Deal (ordered Online With Broadspeed)
My old Mondeo died a death unexpectedly, so I needed a replacement in a hurry. I googled a bit and found Broadspeed offering £5400 off a new Mondeo Titanium. So I spec'd one up on their web site (warning, it's easy to go a bit mad with options) and phoned in, as invited. I explained that I needed something immediately and a helpful and very knowledgeable chap called me back within a couple of hours with a list of Mondeos, due in soon. He also offered a nine month old demonstrator (which suited me well) with another £4,000 off (their discounted new price). It was the old shape (this did not bother me) and it had under 6000 miles (with more options than I actually needed). Following some haggling with the dealer (which I listened in on), I ended up paying £15,300 (inc their fees) which was almost £10,000 less than the new shape costs if you pay any attention to Ford's retail price list. All in all, I was very satisfied with the Broadspeed service - I learnt a lot - and actually had fun listening to the dealer squirming. You can't go wrong finding the cheapest car this way as the warranty is still running (for two years in my case). I would not hesitate to recommend Broadspeed.

So Easy To Buy This Way
My neighbour suiggested I go online to see if there was a better discount and price than I'd been offered around where I live. I wanted a new BMW 520d and the best price I could do around here was £4,250 off the normal RRP. I logged onto Broadspeed and straight away, the saving looked like £6,700. So I did the enquiry for a quote and got a call from their sales people who confirmed the price. All I had to do was request a "dealer offer" from the Broadspeed sales guy (who confirmed the £6500 saving) then accept their written offer by email (no charges were due yet). Once I'd accepted the dealer's offer, I got a call from a BMW salesman who talked through my spec, trade in and order, more or less as I would have done locally. I agreed the deal and paid a deposit by credit card over the phone. Two days later the order form and receipt arrived in the mail. The car arrived a couple of months later and the full payment was by bank transfer. Broadspeed charged me £199 and the dealer pays them a fee too. All in all, it was dead easy and worry free. I'd happily use Broadspeed again and can recommend them to anyone.

False Advertising
They advertise cheap prices, I was interested in their price for a new VW Scirocco. All looks great, they do not even say the price is not a cash price. How can they have a price if its NOT a cash price. Only on checking the details they say actually if you want to pay cash you have to pay MORE!!!
What is that about?
If the price advertised is based on having to pay interest and taking finance surely they have to say that...

Wast Of Time
Filled in the form online to order a Q3 SPOKE TO THEM ON THE PHONE ,then NOTHING did not reply or answer emails if they cannot get the deal they should at least say so
I have submitted an on-line request form twice and they have never rung me back, so went to another broker who provided a brilliant service.
If they can't be bothered to ring back, perish the thought what the service from that point on would be.
