Very Happy Customer
I would like to say thank you very much for making me feel comfortable as a lone woman i was concerned about viewing a car alone but when i spoke to him i felt reassurd that he was a genuine guy. So i made appt to view car and he offered to pick me up from station. He arrived promptly on time so happy he did it was pouring down. I viewed car (vw golf) i did some research before hand for problem areas with such cars which i also discussed with him. He was very honest. He noticed a problem with one of the tyres and we went to a garage to replace it at his own cost. I am over the moon with my new car. Thanks again p. S. More or less a full tank of petrol.

Very Happy,great Car,great Service...
Recently purchased a car for my son who had recently passed he's test. Found the car that would suit him on the Auto trader being sold by a company called Bucksland Motor Company. Called them up and spoke to a Gentleman who was very helpful. Arrange appointment that suited me and viewed the car on the day.
The car I brought was a Vauxhall Corsa,it was good value for money, and as it was my son's first car I thought it be ideal. Location was very easy to find, and the garage had plenty of cars in stock to suit my needs if I didn't like the Corsa I brought. So overall I would say that I had a very friendly professional experience from Bucksland Motor Company

Waste
Just driven 100 miles to be told I can not view a vehicle and was Spoken to like an animal by someone from bucklands motor company for no reason . Thanks a lot! What goes around will come around. I predict you will have a lot less sales than normal after this!! There's a thing called karma when you mess around with good people .
Customer didn't call before leaving as I did ask them to and always ask customers to call to avoid disappointment that the car might of been sold on arrival. So it's obviously clear the customer wasn't happy they traveled the 100 miles, next time they might call first to confirm.

Don't Trust Bucksland Motor Company
I bought an Astra a few weeks back from Bucksland Motor Company. I got no issues with the car, it's a nice car. What really annoyed me was the guy who sold it to me. Here is why,
1) I was told the car had a full service history and it didn't require another service for a while yet. Wrong, the car was in fact 8 months overdue on a service. I should have studied the log book more closely!
2) The guy initially told me he was going to replace one of the front tyres but when I went back to pick the car up he said in the end it didn't require replacing. Wrong. A few days later I put the car through a service and the two front tyres were found to be barely legal and so I got them both replaced which cost me £340. Again, I really should have checked the tyres myself and not trusted the guy.
3) I was told I'd be given a full tank of petrol when I'd pick the car up. Wrong, only 3/4 of a tank was full.
4) I asked if there was a wheel locking nut key. I was told there was and it was in the boot of the car with the space saving wheel. Wrong. No wheel locking nut key to be found anywhere. Only discovered this after I had bought the car. Yep, I know, I should have checked this for myself before buying the car and not taken the guys word that there was a wheel locking nut key. Spoke to him on the phone and he offered to pay for a replacement locking nut key. So I managed to buy a new one from a Vauxhall dealer but did Bucksland Motor Company pay for it like they offered to? NO. Never heard from them again.
So the moral of the story is do not trust anything that Bucksland Motor Company tell you about a car.
Well you are the first unhappy customer iv dealt with. Recapping on your issues
1) Yes i did say the car had full service history, and you confirm that too when viewing the car, also confirmed that it needed a service hence why i made reduction on the price.
2) Tyres still had a good bit of wear left on them, but on return of you picking vehicle up i did explain this to you and out of good customer service i was willing to take yet again something of the price. There was no need to pay out £340 on 2 tyres, more full you, seems like your garage has had you over, opps!!!
3) Full tank of fuel you was giveing, and receipt as well !
4) As for locking nut, i made payment via your bank for this once you had sorted it out.
So the moral of Bucksland Motor Company. Theres always one out there that is never happy and to greedy to see agood deal when its in front of them, tut tut tut..
