Never Buy A Car From Here Ever

Bought a car from here 12 months a go after a month it's headgacsket went they didn't want to know .The car was sold as a 4X4 but when we took it to the local garage to get the car fixed they pointed out that the rear prop shaft had been removed . The car looked lovely but looks can be disceaving. Had one problem after another with this car and paid double out to what we first bought it for. Last place on earth I would ever buy a car from. I would rather walk

After Care Disgusting!!!!

Face value very nice people and obliging! However do not trust them. I was sold a car 3 months ago on sunday with 2 keys . Today my car will not start so I rang them to ask if they can sort it out has i have only had the car for a few weeks . I was told OVER THE PHONE that by the male owner that this was electrical fault with the key and its not covered by warranty. Admittingly he kindly offered to send his FRIEND MECHANIC WINK WINK!!!! who will sort it out for me but i would need to pay half at £40 (like we dont know that the job would only cost him his half) .Refusing because the spare key is faulty so if it was in full working order i would be able to drive my car whilst i send the other one away.I was then told that he told my husband to send the spare key off to ebay which will cost him 20 pounds not long after buying the car . So the moral of the story is if you buy something you shouldnt expect what was advertised (2 KEYS )you should expect to start sending things to EBAY in order for them to work because its YOUR job not THEIRS to ensure you get what you pay for.

Dodgy Mots And Wasted Time

Saw a car last Saturday, put deposit of £100 was told would get a phone call on Monday to tell me it was ready as it had to be serviced and valeted. I called them on Monday and asked for an MOT to be done and I would pay for that. They said ok that would be done and to call tomorrow.

I called on Tuesday and was told that they were just going to start on it and it would be ready for Wednesday. I told them I would get it on Thursday lunchtime and booked the day off work.

Received a call on Thursday at about 11.30 to be told it hadn't been valeted and it would be ready at 2.30pm.

I arrived at 2.30pm to be told that it had been MOT'ed on that day but the computer had gone down so the certificate couldn't be issued could I collect it tomorrow. I said it would have to be Saturday.

Received a call at 4pm on Friday and was told to collect at 10.30am to give them time to valet it!

On Friday evening I looked online to see if the MOT had been done and it had, it had also failed on two points (two front tyres), there was also a pass certificate with 4 advisories.

Arrived on Saturday to an unvaleted car and a salesman saying 'I've been trying to call you, the valeter isn't in today' (I did say has he been off for the week). I then said I'm tempted to just have my deposit back....the salesman was overly keen to do this!

I queries the MOT failure and the salesman said he wasn't aware it had failed. THE TYRES HAD NOT BEEN CHANGED!. He called the owner who said the tyres were an advisory. I showed him the certificates online....he put his head in his hands.

I gave this dealer every chance to come good on this...but they couldn't even get it valeted and obtained a dodgy MOT (which has been reported to the relevant authority).

Both salesmen were Mechanics too!........

Dont Buy A Car From Here!

Bought car promised MOT service valet machine polish to get scratches out. 12 months MOT certificate given but 3 bulbs needed replacing including main headlights had car since march still dont have registration docs. They are now ignoring me !

Very useful as I had my suspicions about this dealer for a while now. I saw a car advertised with them, a mercs c class, 05 plate at 2995. Photos of the car on autotrader and tjeir website looked fine. I rang and arranged to go down to view only after a old fella wrking for them told me that if I came down and was interested , the prce would be 2495, thats 500 pnds discount, whata deal I thought. I alredy told him I had ky mercs to px and he said that was no problem. I went from Nottingham during a weekday, busy as it was, and got there having phoned the guy in the morning that I was defo coming.when I got there, the car was shown to me. It had a massive dent in the front bonnet, one headlight was faulty wih condensation, one folding mirror didn't wrk, he car had a engine problem with one of the pistons. Anyway I test drove the car, and despite the faults, agred to px my mercs againt this one. The old fella told me he had to clwar it with a guy called adi, who came go inspect my car ajd offered me about 300 less than I was expectimg. He told he old fella ro sort the paperwork for the sale. I gqce the old fella a 50 pnd hpldin deposit and asked for the piston problem to be sorted out. Adi turned round and said that the car was 2995 and not a penny less take it or leave it. I asked tne old fellaon what basis he said the car would be reduced to 2495, he couldn't answer. Anyway, since then I have never and never will go back to his dealer, hese guys think people are desperate to part wiih there money .... these guys are clearly deluded or judt damn right rip off merchants with false promises and false advertising.

Unprofessional Car Sales

Sold a car for £3400 that developed a fault after a couple of weeks, Contacted Adnan Masood who tried to make out that car was sold without warranty which was not the case.

I have had to sort problem out myself as not time or energy to fight my case.

Would I recommend, obviously not.
