Bought a car from the person I dealt with which was in "good order", and he claimed not to know of any faults. After buying the car I started my drive home (about 120 miles) and stopped for some lunch. I noticed there was a lot of rubbish in down by the back seats. I went to remove this and found that there were 2 milk containers and 5 others all full of water. Anyway, on route home I broke down. Had to call the AA due to an overheating engine. Hence all the water in the back. I was told by the AA driver that someone was aware of this fault as the engine had been steam cleaned what was very unusual. To get the vehicle fixed I had been quoted 1200 plus vat. the person I dealt with slippery put into the contract on purchase that this was a trade sale, as I'm self employed and therefore giving me fewer rights. To begin with he refused to help with any of the cost or take the vehicle back, but after time he offered 300 as he claimes 'is a good will gesture'. Please do not waste your time or money with this company. They don't know what they're doing, and if they do, then that's even worse as they're just out to take money off you!

Call them this morning about 9am to check if the Mercedes A Class they have for sale is still available.First impression was ok,men told me that this car has been taken as p/x,and all works fine no faults,damage parts,ready to drive away.I did explain I have about 100 miles to drive to see the car so I want to make sure car is really in good condition before I head on.I heard again that there is no obvious faults and all is in good order.We make appointment for around 1pm.What a surprise when I get to the place and I can't find any A Class on the yard.All of a sudden my A Class arrived with 3 people on the board including trader.He said to me this people was first and if the go for it then sorry.Very unprofessional,didn't mention before about anybody coming before me.Anyway the other people wasn't really interested,so trader wave to me so I can check the car if I want.And here we go... exterior was ok but inside car looks like 100 of cats & dogs used to drive there,very dirty,fabric on the window post was mauled,strange,service light was shining,when went for the test drive there was loud knocking noises coming from the back of the car,and every time when I change the gear and then let accelerator free there was horrible noises coming from the gear box,on all the gears.How possibly somebody who selling cars for living and took this car in p/x could not notice so many things?(Service light,noise from the gear box,knocking from underneath)This was the quickest test drive in my live,about 2min.and I knew it I don't want to buy anything from this people even though I drove there 100 miles.Don't waste your time with them.

They will tell you over the phone anything just to get you there.Bad seller!!!
