He made the whole process smooth and was a pleasure to deal with.

Trade Centre Cons
Looked at car told could not take on test drive only round compound, car looked ok so bought informed we do no cosmetics or servicing , car would be cleaned ready for pick up sat morning realy not done. Then hear noise on acceleration and slowdown like police car ambulance coming.took back only to be informed that it common ,part of car setup informed sales guy I will get it checked by Peugeot dealership as its not common or part of car setup, asked for refund as only had car 5days , as yet no responce ps car is great , but needs sorted l would not buy from trade centre again , I have bought from Gateshead main sites and would do again . Trade centre don't seem to want custom more like what you see is what you get if you don't like tuff .

I was promised a car within 10 days and paid a £200 deposit. First of the car I paid for to be delivered was sold so I was told they are sending me another similar car. Its been almost 2 weeks now and that car hasn't even left the site. I just moved to the UK and needed a car urgently, clearly this company has no sense of urgency and will be happy to take their time. Do not recommend to any friends, family or person.

At Last!! A Professional Reliable Car Dealership
Having bought a vehicle from evans halshaw Hyundai Gateshead a problem developed. Evans Hallshaw principle dealer came in on his day off anddealt with the matter personally and arranged for his sales team to solve the problem. The car was replaced with another model in record time and the entire sales team could not have been more helpful. we will definitely be making our future purchases from this dealer and would highly recommend them on a number of levels to anyone looking for a professional customer service.

Error In Mot Fail
Took car in for MOT and Service. Was told that car failed MOT on brakes and that new pads/discs were required and callipers were fine. Also had a health check that said brake pads were 60% worn.
Took car to another garage and they said everything was fine and showed me the brakes (not worn) and that all worked fine. Took some images and video on phone and took car back to Vauxhall Evans Halshaw who then decided they could pass the MOT and said brakes were fine, but now the problem was stuck callipers and not discs / pads. So maybe they didn't look properly the first time or don't fully know what they are doing. Don't think I will take car back here again!

Total Disgrace Never Trust Evans Halshaw
I was sold a defective car my Vauxhall Evans halshaw. I had too pay 50 pounds for an independent report to dispute the constant lies from the Evans halshaw sales team. The sale team and management are a total bunch of untrustworthy men and should never be trusted.

Warranty Work To Vivaro Van
Yes my vivaro van was booked into the Gateshead dealership for investigation in to a steering problem under the warranty ,when booking the vechile in over the phone I was asked to give a description of the faults steering and others, I asked for the smallest time spot possible ,as I run a buisness did not want the van away ages ,I was give a two hour slot and had to be there for 10.30 and would have the van back no later than 12.30 great. Reality got there at 10.30 was told I should have got for 9 and the van was to be left for the day and i had got it wrong no I said I have an email confirming what I had a 10 .30 slot , no I was told we only text when i. Produced the e mail copy , that's odd she said ,no apology but if I left it for the rest of the they might be able to look at it ,what's wrong with it she asked ? I told her that I had arranged a job at 1 pm and left. What bunch of jokers Aviod these time wasting idiots

My son bought his first car here and one of the gateshead branch advisors literally did go that extra mile in helping with our decision & the customer service we had in our purchase was second to none! very much recommended.
