Worst Service I Have Ever Experienced
Had nothing but problems throughout the whole process of buying my new car. I drove 5 hours to pick up the new car to then come away without it as they hadn't sorted the paperwork even though they were expecting me. When I finally had the car it was dirty! They held my deposit and told me they had no record of this but luckily I had record. They didn't pay off the finance on my old car which I part exchanged meaning I was paying for 2 cars. It took me 5 weeks, numerous amount of phone calls and being in contact with a solicitor to get the finance paid and my deposit back. Being left short of money caused me alot of stress and no one seemed to show any care at all. Communication and customer service is very poor, no organisation at all. Almost 7 weeks later and I still haven't received a V5C for my new vehicle and still to this day DVLA haven't received anything from them so there is nothing in the system. I've tried emailing complaints who couldn't be any less interested in trying to help me. I will never buy another car from Evans halshaw and want to make others aware of their awful service

I used to work there as a service tech, worst people you could ever work for! Daylight robbers! If taking money and robbing good hard working people is your thing then you'll fit right in! All they care about is money and targets, not the important things like doing the job right and customer satisfaction... wouldn't buy from here, wouldn't work here, I'll go so far as to say Evans Halshaw pendragon are dragging the industry down.

Attitude - Could Not Care Less
We Bought a new citroen car 1 year ago and the care was exemplary and first class. BUT the attitude from the service department is appalling. Constant phone calls, promised phone calls back that never materialise. I have spoken to several members of staff but no one seems bothered. The management of the service department is a failure and requires urgent review

Awful Attitude!
All nice and happy as larry when they're trying to get you to buy something. Put down £100 deposit whilst waiting for the car to be prepped. Suddenly phone calls stopped being returned, attitudes went downhill, service became poor!
after a week with still no car asked for my deposit back, well my my...Absolutely Disgusting phone calls were to happen.
The salesman who I delt with, shunned me, was rude, impolite, shoved me off the phone and basically hung up on me after I asked me for deposit back.
Got the deposit back, but definitely would avoid in the future!

I have bought a 1 year old focus from motorhouse at seacroft Leeds branch and the service , was great, I chose a car on the net and the salesman Louis sorted the car to be brought to the branch within a couple of days then rang for me for a test drive , which the car was spot I on except for a couple of minor things , which was all sorted , car is all good and have had a couple of calls and emails from Louis , to ask if everything was ok with the car great friendly lad with a likeable demeaner , will recommend this branch to my friends and family . Unpleasant Visit
Visited the very scruffy offices recently in order to exchange cars . The salesman and I use the term loosely was at best bored , at worst rude . He told us to follow him and walked outside to look at a car we were interested in . By this time his attitude had put us off so much we weren't interested in buying anything from them . Never going back and would recommend no one else to visit either .
We rang the next day to ask a question and the man we spoke to didn't bother to return our call . Appalling.

Had The Misfortune To Buy A 3 Year Old Insignia 2.
Had the misfortune to buy a 3 year old insignia 2.0 cdti Sri Nav! Looks great with side skirts and 20inch wheels, but after a couple of months owning it I found out front inside of tires were both down to wire could have been killed in it, bought two new tires and booked it in a week advance at Hunslet for wheel alignment and crash damage check,brought it in and phone 2 hours later told to pick up car because they couldn't fit me in! Was going to buy service plan but after they serviced it half the oil was over the engine( use a funnel) car not reset service light, car not clean, was told wel they gad 10 minutes to clean! Told them to tear up service plan! Final straw came when power steering pipers leaked and left me stranded!( a known fault) took it down to these clowns and tired to tell me it need hooking up to computer £125 a pop!at this stage I lost rag and told them to lift bonnet and look at the pipers that are leaking! After 8 calls to me at work on why they couldn't fix it, I got number of vauxhall customer care who covered the cost and yold Evans Halshaw to get on with and still didn't want to do it! Got car back a week later not clean, oil on car mat something spilt on dash, no paperwork px car next day for a Hyundai I30 and never looked back! But hear they ve bought Hyundai franchise now, so I m looking for other garage now! Hate them!

Absolutely appalling level of customer service and care. The management staff in the service department are aggressive intimidating and unpleasant.
