Rude
I would avoid I got a very cheeky reply from them about not looking at cars outside my price range. I was offering cash purchase so if can’t be bothered haggling a bit well what can I say they lost a sale with rudeness. After reading some of these reviews glad I avoided

I reserved a car on their website on a Saturday evening- there was no option for me to pay a deposit at this stage. I followed this up with an email. On Monday morning I made an appointment for 11.00 am with a man to view / test drive car having made it very clear that my intention was to purchase the car. I left my home at 10.00 as I live a good distance away. When I was about 10 minutes from their site I had a phone call from him telling me that car was sold. Although he tried to tell me that I hadn’t reserved the car I indeed had and wonder why they even have a function to reserve a car if this does not even secure a car for 2 hours from when they opened. I was extremely disappointed and asked him to pass my complaint on to his manager. As a week has now past it is obvious that the Manager can’t be bothered to follow up this issue with me - this to me speaks volumes as to how Fusco’s treat their customers. I needed a car and no attempt was made to try and sell me an alternative vehicle or to try and make amends in any way for their error. Neither me or any member of my family will ever deal with this company and I will certainly be sharing my very negative experience of this company.

Not Trustworthy
I had agreed a deal on a Subaru with the advisor on Monday evening. Then on Tuesday morning he rang me to sorry but you can’t have the car as one of my mechanics wants it so I’ve sold it to him instead. This is a low trick to pull when the deal has been agreed and a deposit was about to be paid.
Just be careful about dealing with this company, they can’t be trusted.

The day after picking up my car I found that there was no coolant In the expansion bottle. I asked an AA patrol man who was in between calls to confirm if it was low as I am I the AA and he confirmed it was and recommended that I put anti freeze in it as soon as possible as it was so low he couldnt get a reading. This was strange as Fusco told me that all fluids had been checked so they were either wrong or are incompetent. I didnt notice that the air condition was not cold until the weather warmed up so got it regassed to find that it leaked so bad it only stayed cold for one week. The car turned 48000 miles when the big end went in the engine and my one month warranty was up. I never leave reviews but if this will stop anyone from buying a car from these people and saving themselves the grief that I have experienced its the right thing to do. I have since heard many other similar stories from others who new people that had ended up with cars just like mine too expensive to repair and
We have just had a horrendous time with this company
My son bought a car in July had a tiny bump which resulted in him leaving ito a mechanic to look at. Well we were not prepared for what came next. My son wasn't even moving the car jerked forward and stop start flashed up and activated but it had never been deactivated. We were told by our mechanic a bump at 2/3 miles am hour could not have done that damage. He needed new radiator turbo pipes . Only when work started did we the find the crash bar totally managed tape stuck all over the car to hide this and parts totally corroded absolutely shocking they are getting away with this but we are getting trading standards onto to it now. If my son had of been in a bad accident I dread to think what the outcome would of been.

Don't Waste Youre Time
Ok putting my email address in this. Feel free to email me for photographic evidence.
After paying for this car i waited THREE... yes three full weeks for it to be delivered. I was also advised it was being fixed and would ve perfect.
The passenger wing mirror housing is cracked badly, gouges in the rubber around windows on same side, and a bit of the vinyl torn, yea ok the last gripe most people are going to say dont sorry.
Then comes the Interior, plastic at side of front passenger seat broken and hanging off. One of rear seats missing the plastics near seat belt which is providing a lovely sharp bit of metal right where your hand goes to buckle the belt... Definitely not safe for my kids.
I rang fusco immediately to be told id be called back immediately.Ive yet to be called and its now the next day.
All in all id say avoid at all costs

Absolute Rogues!!
Traded in a beautiful 2007 Suzuki ignis to these conmen in 2010. Car was 3 yrs old..full service history and only 17k miles. I needed a smaller car for insurance purposes. They allowed me 1700 for my car which was a bad price I knew but one I was prepared to accept as I couldn't get cheap enough insurance being a new driver and I had been given the Suzuki as a gift from family. They sold me a black Suzuki alto and gave me 300 cash. (Alto value 1500 they said)...they arranged to have alto motd. Car failed mot.... on a broken spring, and rear tail light out (obviously very well checked prior to mot -not!). Meanwhile they left me to drive a clapped out agila which promptly broke down on way home (engine overheating). Alto was retested 2 days later and I finally got my new car...... had it 28 days when clutch cable snapped. Fusco said it was one of those things and offered to fix under 30 day warranty but only if I could bring to them. I'm in lisburn, they r in bangor and couldn't drive that distance without a working clutch pedal so I reluctantly paid 55 pound to local garage to replace cable and 27 pounds for part. This was short lived.... another 3 days later cable went again leaving me stranded on motorway. AA rescued me (more cost) and diagnosis at ANOTHER garage confirmed my worst fears...clutch cables were repeatedly breaking as GEARBOX was on its way out. You've guessed it....fusco then said oh dear you're out of warranty now. .. (4 days outside their 30 day limit) and didn't wana know. Rude and abusive, they then had the audacity to sell my original car for £3950!! I was left without a car as alto was basically scrap!! Avoid at all costs...I sincerely say I don't know how these people sleep in their beds at night....absolute dirt of the earth...and from reviews I've read, I'm just one of many!! I've posted this review anonymously but you know how I am fusco....I'm the young lad from lisburn you took in just before Xmas 2010....this was to be my first car, for me and my young family..you took my mum's immaculate genuine car and sold me scrap..shame on you!!
Be Better Buying From A Scrapyard
Baught a car 2010 model with 25,000miles on it. First three months the car had to be taken back to get fixed then they sent it somewhere else. Did not have the car for 6weeks yet they cant tell me what work was carried out on it. Ive since spent about 2500 on it and its back in the garage again. STAY CLEAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. WOULDNT OF GIVE THEM 1 STAR ONLY I HAD TO. THE SALES MANAGER AND SERVICE MANAGER TWLLS YOU ONE THING AND THE OWNER TELLS YOU SOMETHING ELSE AND BUMPS RHE PRICES UP BY DOUBLE
Hi, Ive had the same experience with Fusco, I'm going to take them to court. If you receive this mail I would be interested in talking with you.

"oh But You Have A Warranty"
Not one bit impressed with this place at all. I have had to take the car back for repairs pretty much once per week (some weeks I didn't take it back as it was too inconvenient). The number of faults after being assured that they do not let their cars' go until they are 100% is beyond a joke. I wish I had seen this review site before wasting money (£2500) As I have read and can verify, I was told nothing despite many questions by the same salesman who is named on the google page. Alarm bells first rang when the car was very late in being "Ready" I had already taken out insurance and the 100% ready car had to go back the very next day to be fixed. Then again, the next week and again the next week. "Oh but you have a warranty" Well to be honest I would rather have a car that actually works than be inconvenienced with having to take it back every week. I will never go near them again when buying a car. Millreagh Motors are amazing I must add !!!!!!! Now I am back shortly to hear about having a warranty. Pathetic !!!!! Oh and the same as the other buyer, NO PETROL. However they managed to use 1/4 tank of the fuel I purchased whilst test driving to see if the central locking was working ??????
