Terrible - Run Away And Find A Better Dealer
I have dealt with this company twice now, and on both occasions viewing a car and speaking to a sales person on the phone I was treated really poorly.
They refuse to offer test drives which on a £50k+ car is a must, they stated their warranty would cover any issues with cars, but when you read the fine print, it only provides a contribution towards labour costs and a maximum limit per claim.
Considering its a £50k sports car, the labour costs and maximum limit wouldn't cover you.
They are just so rude and judgemental. Probably the worst experience I've ever had buying a sports car, and I have several.

Purchased 2013 Bentley Continental Coupe 11/05/19
Car presented First class.
Took delivery after it had been to Bentley for health check and new Mot.
After a Couple of days noticed two things wrong.
Fantastic response from Gravelwood.
Came and collected the car which was 65 miles away from them. Resolved all the problems. Returned car earlier than expected.
Absolutely a fantastic Service from dealer.
Would not hesitate to buy from again.

Unless You’re Buying A Car Over £100,000 Don’t Bother!
Hello,
First of all let’s talk about the salesman I spoke to about their polo GTI. Unfortunately I cannot remember his name but I was spoken to as if I was an inconvenience to his day. He couldn’t of cared less and had an aggressive tone to his voice as I enquired about the polo GTI.
Terrible customer service, being the car buying you hold all the power as he was the sleezy salesman making commission of the sale.
Wouldn’t budge on the over priced car, said they price check weekly but I was looking for around a month and watched all the others on autotrader fall in price with less miles and newer models.
Unbelievable that someone can be so inconsiderate as it is their job to sell cars and talk to the buyer with respect and decency.
Would not recommend to anyone unless you’re buying a £150,000 Mercedes that he can grab all that commission off.
Dreadful, I have taken to the other polo GTI’s and found many at a better price overall.
Maybe it was just that one salesman, who knows!
I definitely will not be giving them my business or interest ever again.

Competitive Price And Great Service
I have been looking for several months for a BMW Z4 with the right spec and found one at Gravelwood. Whilst visiting London, I decided to test drive the car. Gravelwood owner, couldn't have been more helpful, picking us up from and taking us back to the local train station, giving us as much time as we needed with the vehicle and answered all the questions that we had. There were a few scratches on the alloy wheels that needed to be repaired, but apart from that the vehicle was in excellent condition and I decided to buy. The following week I was again picked up from the train station and all repairs had been carried out as promised. Anyway, I'm delighted with the car and the service provided and would definitely consider using Gravelwood again in the future.

Total Timewaster And Very Rude
Having traveled for over two hours through traffic, to then wait a further 90 minutes because the place was shut was irritating to start with. To add insult to injury, the car was certainly not as described. Bodywork was damaged and the "full service history" was just the previous MOTs; what a joke!
To top it all off, the trader was very rude and swore repeatedly in front of my children.
Would not recommend.
This review is a total lie and we at gravelwood car sales have never come across this person .as a prestige car dealer we would never sell a car with out full service history and certainly would not miss present our selves by offering a car that is dented or damaged . We have worked very hard over the years to build our business and if we find out who has written this review we will be passing there details to our legal team regards gravelwood car sales

Brilliant Service, Highly Recomended
I purchased via the phone as always is a hard thing to do living so far away, I felt the car was described to a tee not leaving any information out at all. Having not brought a car from an independant dealer for many years Gravelwood has restored my faith as I have previously had problems in the past.
I would highly recomend the company to anyone in the UK, very honest and cortious a hard find in a tough industry!
Many Thanks

Great Buy!!!
I recently brought a range rover sport from gravelwood car sales.I was extremely happy with the car and service I received. The owner was very helpful, he went out of his way to make sure I could take the car away with me the same day. Being that I am a woman it can be quite intimidating going into a car showroom, (as that industry has a reputation for taking advantage of women as we don't know as much about cars as men!) but the owner and salesmen made me feel very comfortable and I felt like I was getting the best deal possible. I would defiantly recommend gravelwood car sales. The car is fantastic, I will be going back!!!!

Poor Service And Inaccurate Information
I purchased my car from Gravelwood via Internet & Phone. They offered to deliver car to me on payment of £500 deposit as they had another car to pick up nearby. I was promised 1) Car would be serviced according to manufacturers schedule (which wass fixed mileage baed) 2) Tyres had 4mm tread left 3) Guarantee would be included.
On arrival there was no record of service having been carried out and a phone call to the office I was told that it had been done, but the book not stamped. I pointed out that car dash still said service wass due. Proprietor said he needed time to "think" about it & coame back to me admitting that service had not been done. I then had to persuade him that the car wass on Condition Based Servicing and had to go to dealer to find out what was required. Eventually he agreed to to let delivery driver take it, and £260 wass quoted by main dealer. After some discussion £150 was agreed as price for independant garage to service.
Warranty document was promised to be put in the post immediately, but took 10 days & 3 phone calls before it arrive, and only covers 2 star (ie not very much) level.
Tyres were not 4mm as promised. Fronts have had to be repleced immediately, rears got about 1000 miles left.
