I had a fantastic experience at hamlet motors. I was allowed to test drive the 2 cars I was interested in. upon my return the person I dealt with was on hand to talk me through my options with no pressure of bias.

Just got back from a fabulous 10 day break away in a motorhome hired from hamlet. Was very impressed that the price included all the stuff we would need to have a very comfortable and pleasant experience. On the day of collection we had a full walk around of the motorhome to show us everything we needed to know. Already booked for 2021 as staycations seem to be the way of the future at the moment

I purchased my dream car from hamlet motors a Porsche Cayenne. I must say that the process from start to finish was outstanding from my initial phone call to me collecting the car. The gentlemen could not do enough to help me through the process. The car is a real eye turner and am sure will keep me happy for many years to come. Keep up the good work chaps.

spent a couple of weeks looking for a car visiting a handful of garages and by far this place was easiest to deal with left me alone to look at the two cars and gave me honest opions of each car none of that reading it from a screen stuff i had in other garages. the car i choose was the right one for me and i could not be happier with it. will definantly be my forst port of call when i decide to change

Purchased a car from Hamlet had no pressure from sales staff sale went through no problems.After service care was just as good had an problem with air conditioning took it back the mechanics identified the problem fixed the air conditioning no problem no arguing no charge.

Have just bought a car from hamlet motors and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone buying a car. Staff were helpful, fair and honest but at no time put me under pressure to buy which I really appreciated. They allowed us time to look at and test drive the car but then left us to make a decision, which was great. The sales process was efficient and staff were accommodating when we wanted a quick turn around. I really felt that the hamlet team cared about their cars and the service they were providing - which is pretty rare these days. Needless to say I love my car - it was worth the 4 hour journey!

Likes, Efficient no pressure sales team, Great selection of vehicles to choose from. Informative and friendly manner. Clean polite appearance & approach. Knowledgeable and prices fair. Service was very good from start to finish. They did miss a minor touch up but planned in straight away with no fuss.

Dislike, Absolutely non so far ! Would recommend to anyone

Have recently bought a passat estate from hamlet just what I was looking for .I liked the fact that when I asked to view the car they just handed me the keys and didn't hassle me. Gave me an honest and Frank opinion of my own car and went out of their way to help me collect the car at my convenience . hoping that I won't need any more contact until I buy my next motor thanks

I bought a Passat Estate from them 2 years ago.

Everything went very smoothly.

The car has done 60,000 miles since then including three trips around Europe.

As a woman I'm always a bit dubious when dealing with car salesmen they tend to bog you down with technical jargon that just confuses the life out of someone who isn't very technically minded however this company did not do that at all. They explained everything to me in simple terms and I did not feel pressured at all. The staff are very friendly and patient and assisted me every step of the way. I would definetly recommend these people.
