Too Busy Smoking To Do A Proper Job
My car has been into this dealership on several occasions for several electrical faults including my handbrake malfunctioning airbag and seat tensioners yet they keep giving me this deathtrap back saying they've sorted the problem or they cannot find the problem when I have shown them photo and video proof they honestly do not care about their customers lives they're quick enough to make you come collect the car yet they can't get your car in on that day even if it's booked in took them three days just to do brakes which it didn't even go in for if they don't sort the problem this time I'm honestly opening up a lawsuit because they are indanger in my life my children's lives and others around me because they are giving me an unsafe vehicle and telling me it is safe to drive when it clearly isn't! They need to stop having so many cigarette breaks and actually do their jobs properly the amount of workers outside smoking instead of in that garage actually doing work is ridiculous they're too busy smoking too even plug in a computer while the faults are up on your car!

Car Is Lush !!
I found my car on Saturday 24th July , and drove it out of Hartwells on Monday 26th July.. I was met by a sales person on the Saturday as I browsed, and he proved to be an extremely helpful, friendly and courteous gentleman - not at all pushy, as salesmen are labelled. My entire experience with Hartwells was beyond satisfactory, as the Manager also introduced himself during my time with the sales person, and was indeed very welcoming and hospitable.
As for my car, it is a beautiful white Ford Fiesta 1.2 Zetec, and I absolutely love it.

Fantastic Customer Service
Visited on Saturday 12th August and had the best customer service from every staff member I met.
I have a company car and it is booked in for a service in the next few weeks so I went in to the service department as I wanted to make sure that I had a courtesy car booked. The man who served me acknowledged me as soon as I walked in the door was polite, efficient and wished me a great weekend once he had finished dealing with my query.
As my company car is up for renewal in the next month I then went in to the used car section to look at some other Ford models that are on my renewal list. I was greeted by an extremely friendly young man who looked at my renewal list with me to see if they had any of the exact models in the showroom that he could show me. While he was checking one of his colleagues came over to help and gave some great advise on what to look for in the new car. The young man then brought us over to the new cars and introduced us to a lovely young lady who went through all of the features on the kuga. I was extremely impressed by the time everyone gave us considering I would not be directly purchasing a car from them.

I purchased my Kuga from Hartwell Ford last year with no problems at all. The sales team were fantastic. However when it came around to bringing my car in for its 1st mot that is were the story changes. The service department are a nightmare to get hold of they never answer the phone and never return your calls, when you walk in they are too busy typing on their computer to acknowledge you and you most certainly are not greeted with a smile or good morning.
I had booked my car in for an mot and requested to wait while the mot was carried out yet it hadn't been booked in as that so had to wait around from 9.15amuntil 12.30!!
Returned less than2 weeks later with and issue with the car and again no greeting upon arrival and told to go sit in the waiting area like a naughty school kid! Was then left waiting there for 45minutes whilst they "discussed" my issue. Just appalling is the only way I can describe the service offered.

The price was very competitive being a main dealer.
On collection, the car was valeted and was also given 12 months Ford Assistance, which is basically AA Membership.
