Fantastic Service Received
Went to a hills Ford in Kidderminster to buy a car and what a brilliant experience I had, the staff couldn’t do enough for me, they helped me find the right car and for the price I wanted to pay.
Couldn’t recommend them high enough and will definitely be going back for my next car, thanks

We had an unfortunate experience with Hills Ford Malvern after buying a car to which they had recently fitted a new cam belt. The Ford service interval for this item is 100,000 miles or 8 years; so we were amazed and disappointed when the camshaft pulley (which they fitted during the service) fell off after just 13 months and 7,000 miles, resulting in almost £1,000 of damage to the engine. Despite several letters and emails, they had no interest whatsoever in contributing to the cost of the engine repairs, simply stating that the warranty was for just 12 months. Clearly, we feel this was unreasonable given the 8 years or 100,000 miles service interval specified by Ford UK.
We ultimately had no option other than to pick up the bill ourselves. This left us feeling very badly done to indeed and we certainly would not recommend Hills Ford to anyone!

My daughter had a brand new car from here there was a problem with the gearbox when she took the car back they did not want to know the service dept staff spoke to her rudely as spoke to her like she was a silly woman.
We will get the problem sorted elsewhere as it is under warranty .
I also have a new ford and neither of us will buy from hills again and we certainly won't be getting our cars serviced there

Terrible Attitude, Take Your Money Elsewhere
I agree with the other reviewer who was treated poorly by the sales staff. I have visited a couple of times and been extremely surprised at how unprofessional and discourteous the sales staff have been. Others (service, admin etc) seem OK, but the sales staff are certainly towards the bottom of the league when it comes to professional skills. I was close to buying a top of the range car from them, the price was fine, but if I am spending £20k I want to deal with a professional, not a comission monkey.

Hills Ford in Kidderminster is terrible and I wouldnt recommend people going there. The customer service was absolutely terrible.
I took my car in to part exchange. I was told that I wouldnt get my own car valued unless I made a commitment to buying to car and was asked if i was 'actually serious' about buying the car. This is appalling in itself. Other dealers have valued my car straight away and havnt doubted whether I was serious or not.
Second to this, I was told I couldnt test drive the car because 'its a bit of a hassle' to get the car out from its location (it had other cars in front of it).
How is anyone meant to make any sort of commitment to even buying a car when the salesman doesnt take them seriously and you are not even given the opportunity to test drive it. Absolutely ridiculous. I left feeling very undervalued as a customer even thought I was interested in the car itself.
I ended up buying a car from a different Ford dealership instead on the SAME DAY, where i received excellent customer service from start to end.
I will not be returning to Hills Ford ever again, neither would I recommend the dealer to anyone else. Further to this, but which is beside the point - I got a car 2 years newer with less mileage from the other dealership I went to. Great price matched with excellent customer service - like it should be when your parting with £4000 of your money
Hi... was wondering if you could indicate which other dealer you went to after Hills. I recently visited these dealers and initially thought they were okay... however you comments have caused me some pause!!!
