Outstanding Service Throughout
Cannot recommend jam jar enough, it’s a pleasure to deal with such a knowledgable, helpful and friendly team especially the person I dealt with in credit control, who always responds to me in under an hour, jam jar are consistent in fast communication and when they reply they get the job done, I genuinely did not experience one problem from placing my order to collecting the car to returning it and everything else in between
You won’t be let down they do as they say
Thank you so much.

Do Not Use These
SELLING MY SEAT IBIIZA DIESEL TURBO SPORTS 06 REG LOW MILEAGE EXCELLENT CONDITION AGREED A PRICE WITH JAM JAR ONLINE very low but wanted a quick sale due to personal reasons. I had already heard negative comments from my step son who also tried to sell with these.
We Knew exactly what they were going to do!
1. agree a price with you online
2 late turning up by several hours
3 make us do a handshake online???
4 they arrive and fist thing out of his gob is to try to lower the price for a tiny scratch (which was already notified ) by 500 quid
By the time he left my car would have been better off in the scrappy however i took my car to a garage to confirm what he said the garage offered my 800 more said it was a fantastic car???
really do yourself a huge favour and dont bother !!!

Jam Jar Windscreen Scam
If you're going to rent from Jam Jar make sure to ask for windscreen insurance. They will not offer it to you despite the fact that "about one car a week" comes back with a cracked windscreen that needs replacing. Do yourself a favor and get the insurance and let them foot the bill. There are signs everywhere north of Port Douglas about rocks getting kicked up and cracking windscreens so if you don't want to pay $327 for a 13mm crack, either get the insurance or use a national since they at least will be up front about all your options and won't try to scam you.

Buying Through Jamjar Was Hugely Frustrating, Part
Buying through Jamjar was hugely frustrating, partly because of administrative error. Two and a half months to wait for a car was far too long, despite promises of action 'next week'. On delivery I wrote to Jamjar to indicate that would be the last time I dealt with car sales companies that were not stockholders themselves.

A Complete Shambles Once I Had Ordered, The Only W
A complete shambles once I had ordered, the only way I could get anyone from Jam Jar to call me back (there is never anyone available when you call), was to threaten to cancel my order. They even forgot to send the contract. The car arrived dirty, despite having paid extra to have the car delivered in a transporter. I am currently unable to use the car, as the number plates which were stuck on have fallen off and Jam Jar who bizzarly were initially adamant that screwing new plates on would invalidate the warranty (there are pre-drilled holes!) are adamant that the job must be done by a Mazda dealer. My local main dealer is sulking because I did not buy the car from him and may be able to fit me in for the massive job of fitting 2 number plates in a couple of months. Oddly he did not think that screwing the plates on would invalidate the warranty. So having polished the car, I have a nice shiny ornament on my drive, whilst I wait for the Jam Jar sales manager to call.

We Were Very Disappointed With The Level Of Servic
We were very disappointed with the level of service received from Jam Jar in respect of our recent purchase. The car arrived two days early whilst we were on holiday and without a radio which had been specified on the site. We had tremendous difficulty arranging for someone to take delivery of our car; it took half a day of our holiday and numerous calls via our mobile. The dealer blamed Jam Jar, Jam Jar blamed the dealer, no-one was happy to take responsibility for the error and no-one offered us any compensation. In respect of the radio we were told to read the small print which specified that the details on the site may not have been accurate. We were particularly annoyed about this as when we bought the car we were asked if we wanted to upgrade the [non existent] radio to a CD player. We then agreed to spend a further £200 on paint protection. If we had known we weren't getting a radio, we would have spent the £200 on this, not paint protection. We complained to Jam Jar about this. When someone with sufficient authority actually looked at the complaint we were greeted with a very abrupt individual who was rude, curt and made it quite clear we wouldn't be getting a radio. Frankly he made us feel we were asking for something quite unreasonable. Under the circumstances we feel we were given a very poor service. Great play was made of the fact that the company came under the auspices of the RBS and should therefore be trustworthy and have more credibility, what a laugh!
Jam Jar Cars Is A Trading Name For Dixon Motors.
Jam Jar Cars is a trading name for Dixon Motors.
They sold me an Alpha Romeo, which was supposed to have been checked... but 3 weeks later the sump plug fell out, after a long motorway journey.
They are now claiming that the plug being loose was nothing to do with them.

We Recently Bought Our New Car From Jamjar. The P
We recently bought our new car from Jamjar. The price was excellent - several thousand pounds under the list price for a new, but preregistered vehicle (that means it has been 'owned' on paper, but never driven from the compound. It had only 8 miles on the clock).
Only fly in the ointment was that their computer 'lost' the car for about a week - they couldn't work out where it actually was, so the delivery date to us went back a week. Spent a lot of time on the phone, talking to nice people who couldn't answer my questions but promised to find out and phone me back..... but never did. However, when finally delivered (direct to our door by a very helpful and friendly driver), the car was perfect.
These cars often do not have maufacturers warranty.
As you probably know, the way brokers get there huge discounts is sometimes to go to a manufacturer, tell them how many cars they want and it is up to them to give them the support. 9/10 they will have to be registered to the company who is buying and occasionally this will mean them sitting in fields for up to 3 months to make it "legal" for the support to be paid!
