Their Mistake At My Expense. They Are Incompetent
I let them book my car in for it’s MOT via their central telephone assistance my only request was that it was done to maintain the Anniversary ie tested for 13,months basically..: they gave me a date and I took the car it was a fiasco from start to finish they had failed to do as I asked and I ended up paying £49.95 for an 11 month MOT. I would not trust them with anything ever again ! Love my Mercedes the car is Beautiful but it has to go as the dealership CANNOT BE TRUSTED.

The worst car experience of my life-these guys just ignore you try catch you out. I made a complaint a year ago still
Not resolved. Don't buy or repair you car with JCT 600. I paid retail for a second hand car with 14k on it broke they couldn't fix it for almost 6 months. I was lied to about times they tried to fix, not to be trusted anybody else with the same issues please visit jctcomplaints.

we are a large haulage company in sheffield who use JCT MERCEDES for some Mercedes servicing we normally speak to a person there we were talking looking for six new company cars she said try us she got there fleet guy to contact us he followed up to see how we had gone one the cars were ordered between them they did a fab job

Mb Got Price Wrong On Car So They Cancelled Order
I ordered a used MB. Agreed the deal and handed over the deposit. MB Sheffield called the next day explaining they had got the price wrong and cancelled the order.

Absolutely Awful! Just Don't Bother!
Had to take my brand new car there for a warranty problem. They had it for 4 weeks and the fault is still not properly rectified. They basically bodged it so that it would work in a particular way but not in a way that it is supposed to work!
I wasn't offered a courtesy car for the duration and when I complained to Mercedes Benz directly (who were fantastic, by the way), they instructed JCT Sheffield to raise a compensation cheque. I have been chasing this up weekly for the last 3 months and I have been promised that it will be raised but nothing has been done yet. The people there seem quite nice but the service they offer is rubbish. Just save yourself the hassle and find an alternative to take your vehicle too.

Appalling Customer Service
The worst garage I have ever been to. Failed to repair vehicle to a reasonable standard and in agreed timeframe failed to return phone calls and refused to return vehicle until relatively minor outstanding balance paid (£52)even though they were aware that I had paid previous invoice for several hundred pounds in full upon request a few days earlier and had agreed to pay later that day once I had access to my wallet. They knew I needed vehicle to pick up my children from nursery and get home from work and appeared unconcerned about leaving me stranded, fortunately was able to get someone else to pay but was put in an unnecessarily difficult and stressful situation.

Worst car dealership ever had a car for 6 month under 12 month warranty and won't fix the problem as they are saying the warranty doesn't cover the problem, wasn't a cheap car by the way !!!!!

I left my car in the morning for some minor work. The garage called when the works had been completed. So I Went to pick up my car in the afternoon, and was left waiting in the lounge for over half an hour. Seriously how difficult can it be to return my keys

I went to jct600 on 16th Septmeber 2014, to buy a vehicle for my mum,. I agreed a discount of £500 prior to even walking into their showroom, with a 'hottie' sales person, on the condition, that i could drive the car away ASAP, the car, an a class reg ly610hv. I was offered a test drive but didn't have my licence on me. So, she gave me a ride round the block, after which I left a deposit of £1000, and the car was ready for collection at 10am on the 18th September.
THE NEXT DAY, I was told that I was not allowed to leave with the car as I could not obtain insurance due to me not having my licence with me.
I made my demand for a refund on the basis that they (jct600) knew I did not have my licence with me. They refused and became 'not so friendly'.
I do not live in sheffield, and I extended my stay deliberately just to collect the vehicle. I used my super saver train ticket to return to London.
Luckily, Santander Bank were able to freeze the transaction, as I had not taken possession of the car, and my £1000 was returned to my account.
