JCT600 Vauxhall, Castleford

The perfect guy thats what we got at vauxhall, never known a guy that went out of his way to help you, this is my third Vauxhall and they get better each time, I loved my Mokka but this Grandland is perfect so quiet. The staff they were just fantastic they made the day so great and stress free even the cleaning lady was so lovely and she makes a mean cuppa just loved her.

I loved all the staff 101 out of 100 that what I would give them Good Luck gang.

Please avoid, I had the worse experience. The after sale service is appauling. I wouldn't even recommend this place to my worse enemy. They caused me a lot of stress and tricked me.

Both my Girlfriend and my Father have bought cars from the JCT 600 in Castleford and both have been given amazing service I would recommend this place to all of my friends. Awesome service well done JCT.

Bought a Kia Cee'd from JCT600 this month.

Car is great - was sold with non-legal tyres - windshield wash empty.

Filled in the feedback form and a cowboy called Derek called back to tell me they are God and I am dumb.

Since I have worked with VWG and have a bit more motoring experience and knowledge than the average car sales kid - won't recommend these lot to anyone.

The only reason I bought the Kia was the 7 year warranty - JCT 600 lost my custom too - the car will go to them simply to scrap now after another 6 years - but never to them for a service - and never will I go the group again.

Stratstone are MUCH better.

The salesman at JCT600 Vauxhall in Castleford listened to what i wanted, not pushy, and he looked on the JCT website to get me the car i wanted at the right price. He brought the car over to Castleford for me to look at and then gave me several purchasing options, no pressure at all. I got a great deal that suited me and i would go there first every time i look for a new car. I am reccommending them to my family and friends.

Great staff,very polite and patient.I visited 4 times before deciding on the car and deal to suit me.
