JCT600 Volkswagen, Wakefield, West Yorkshire

Just picked up my first car from here, and I love it! :) I ordered it with a few extra bits on it which made it a factory build. I was able to track my car online from start to finish. The sales person also kept me informed throughout the process. The only thing which seemed to take a while was the finance side, signing endless amounts of paperwork but I suppose it was for my own protection. To sum it up it was a great experience and I love my new car, and I will consider them again when I am looking for another car (quite a few years away).

My son purchased a mk6 golf from vw wakefield, viewed the car,, did the deal to include 4 floor mats and a valeting kit, went to pick car up....no floor mats and no valeting kit....car was filthy from a valeters point of view and had to argue and get heated to get what was agreed by them at point of sale...seems spending 12.000 pounds isnt enough to get good service...I WOULDNT SEND MY ENEMIES THERE LET ALONE A FRIEND...Can safely say it will be first and last time we use them...they also tried getting snotty with me because i wasnt happy with the misleading service....lucky i was calm or knocking heads would have taken place....RUDE AROGANT BAD ATTITUDE NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE all spring to mind when vw wakefield jct600 is mentioned

Recently purchased a New Mark 7 Golf from this dealership. Sales staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and kept me fully informed from ordering the car right through to delivery. Managed to get a few free extras thrown in, which always helps. Will be recommending the dealership to friends and family.

I own a VW Scirocco and used JCT600 VW in Wakefield for it's first service, I did not bring the car in to the dealership as this would have made me late for work etc, however they arranged for the car to be picked up from my place of work and returned to me after the service they took payment over the phone. I would recommend this service to anyone as it made my life alot easier.

Dreadful service - waited 12 weeks for car to be delivered, no phone calls to let me know what was going on. When I did get it, it was scrached and dirty inside. Had an engine fault, they did not want to know.

After sales service is really not good. Once, they were excellent but, for whatever reason, there has been a serious slip in customer after sales support. VWs are not particularly reliable, but an owner can cope with this when the support from the dealer is good. Unfortunately, JCT 600 Wakefield do not even return calls when you ask them, even if you ring several times. I would look elsewhere when purchasing a VW as excellent after sales suport really is required.
