Do not buy a car from Junction 17 Cars. They do not properly inspect their vehicles, and their customer service is borderline non-existent. Avoid at all costs.

Made an appointment, done the deal over the phone, we’re honest with the part ex price and stuck to it, car was ready, drove away… no fuss. Thanks for what I love…. An easy life!

Avoid Avoid Avoid!!! paid to reserve the car , had the finance in place all paid out. They booked me in for collection, I live about 200 miles away from where the car was . When I was half way they called me, lied to me that the car has broken down and they won’t pay for the repairs and I can’t take the car. After many phone calls I’ve been told that the car has already sold!! Please avoid !! They lied to me that the car has broken down and it’s not road worthy,then they told me they have sold it! Poor customer service! So unprofessional ! I have been driving 200 miles for nothing!! Time wasted, money spent , they said they’re not responsible for it!! Avoid

Where to start absolute joke of a company, rude and useless, promised my car would be re wrapped 4 panels of it- (only reason we purchased the car) drive the 10 hour round trip to drop the car off had it 7 weeks did not re wrap it- tried to fix the broken heated seat- made more faults- to top it all off they hit the car caused further damage and damage that was bit there prior to the car going in so I have had to take the whole wrap off the car and now have a bill of 4grand to re wrap it … JT taken no responsibility for a return calls or emails and is an out right liar .. although after all the complaints and upset customers he’s had I have heard he is now a sales person rather than a manager HA… oh and AI ‘that isn’t scared of anyone ‘ apparently - talk about professional- NOT! Currently started legal proceedings to get some of my money back…. Have pictures, emails, messages and Recordings of phone calls to prove I have been lied to, been made false promises and the range of the car….. see you in court junction 17 ????

Bought a Jaguar F-type and very happy with the car and how I was treated. I would definitely recommend them in the future.

Do not buy a vehicle from this company.

They might have some fancy looking cars, but that is where the good things end.

I had heard as things about Junction 17 and even had a previous unpleasant experience there myself. I should have known better.

I was encouraged to place a "fully refundable" deposit on a car. But now when I ask for my "fully refundable" deposit back, I'm told it can't happen. And this is when Junction 17 fully admit to it being their error that I changed my mind.

Avoid, unless you like disappointment.

Purchased an Audi Q7 from this organization. When things started to go wrong the only quote was ring the warranty company. Warranty is expensive and poor. Car looks and drives nice when it is on the road. Only managed to do 2k miles in a whole year as it has been off the road so many times.

Went in there for my annual service and i thought there would at least be apologies, but no, they hide in the back office and i can only think they do not care as they now have my money.

Recommendation from a family member and i agree with some of the other comments, Junction 17 as a business do not care about peoples feelings and what effects this has on family life.

I understand why here are more negative than positive feedbacks. When customers are not happy they are leaving negative reviews straight away. If they are happy, they are too lazy or just forget it.

I bought 2 cars from Junction 17. One bought 3 years ago and the second one last week. Both times it were very smooth transactions. Both cars were superb. I gave the first one to my daughter and bought a blue Mercedes-Benz which has been delivered last week to my home address in Doncaster. Absolutely love the car. Very professional team and great experience overall.

What a lemon i brought dont buy from them awful cars.

There mots are done by there own garage so be careful and they do the serviceing or lack of it.

Worst car i ever bought took it back after a week.go to a good car dealer if u want a good car!
