Just picked up my B.M.W. 2019 1118i Hatch Back. As we live 10 miles away from Les Rayner in Whitley Bay, the man organised a lift for my wife and I with a member of staff to and from the garage. On the day to pick up the car, he again arrived to take us to the garage, on arrival the B.M.W. was waiting fully valeted inside and out with a full service, 12 months M.O.T. 6 Months road tax, tinted rear windows plus an extended 6 months warranty for that extra peace of mind, all paid for by the person we dealt with [ hope he slept that night] 100% satisfied, Thank you, the whole team. 100% satisfied. Will definitely be back when its time for my next car.

I got a car with 5 doors on finance 6 days ago as i part ex my perfectly run and driving car with only 3 doors.

I needed a bigger car so thats why i got this 1.

I thought its a newer car than mine so everything should be fine.

In them 6 days i took it for a really good drive doing 300 miles, and on day 6 I noticed a red light on the dash so i looked in the book and said water coolent low so I topped it up, drove 2 miles and it was low again. So i topped it up again and waited 15 minutes and it all drained out.

I rang up les ranyer and they said ring a garage they use, so i did and told the garage what the problem was and they said ring les ranyer back and say i need a transporter to oick it up.

So i rang les ranyer back up and said the garage said it's not advisable to drive it from my house which is 25 minutes from les ranyer. But les ranyer said drive it slowly down. So i did with my 15 month old daughter.

I went into les ranyer and they said go to the garage so i did and the garage said i could take a couple of days depending on the problem.

But still me and my daughter are stuck 25 minutes from home and les ranyer have no way of giving me a courtesy car.

I really have to say a big thanks to the team for not only helping me source my spanking 2008 BMW M3 V8, and driving it up from Huddersfield for me, and sorting an MOT & service, and valet, aaaannndd partial cash & finance option I needed, but also for leaving me with nothing to worry about before and after. Just bought my 4th car from Les Rayner Foxhunters. Easy to deal with and always had excellent service if ive ever had an issue with any of the cars.

Highly recommend to all my friends and family.

If you buy a car from these don't buy a 'warranty' from them , not worth paper printed on!! And for that reason I won't buy another car from them.

the only thing i will say is, i will never buy a car from here again, in fact i will never buy a car from a second hand dealer again, as soon as you sign your name thats it, they dont care

Bought a car from them and took it back more than once saying it was leaking diesel to be told that was because it being filled to quickly. Relocated to a new area and the said car has now cost us over a grand to repair the fuel line which they say was chewed by a mouse! They also found recall work that had never been carried out including the steering column which Les Rayner again said they couldnt find a fault with and to top it all we are now facing a bill of 2k for fuel injectors and other works as I broke down again!! Worst car I've ever been sold!
