Travelled from Edinburgh to see a minibus described as ‘drives and looks brand spanking new’. Photos seemed to be good. Arrived and the bus had a MASSIVE dent on the roof, two cracked back panels, a leaking roof window, mould, damp patches, torn inner wall covering…I could go on. Told the guy that the pictures didn’t show the dent and he said they did, I just needed to zoom in. He then backtracked saying I was correct. When we asked why the dent wasn’t in the photos he said ‘ if it’s not for you it’s not for you’. Shocking treatment, unprofessional attitude, multiple discrepancies, and misleading information both in the description and in person. If I could have chosen zero stars I would have done. Strategy here is advertise as brand new and when the customer comes in and sees all the faults, tell them they can be repaired. Not how I like to do business.

I agreed to buy a van On Saturday the 27/11/21 I should have new something was wrong when he wouldn’t start it in front of me he said it’s company policy.

I gave him the benefit of the doubt and agreed to collect it on the Wednesday it then got moved to Friday as it needed a fuel module which took another 10 days to get delivered and fitted and it still never solved the problem.

I then cancelled the agreement on the 9/11/21 and sourced a new van which I can’t until they return the money to the finance company.

I’ve called numerous times but keep getting told it’s head office if you google there head office it doesn’t exist it’s the dealers who are doing it by the looks of it.

They also gave me courtesy van which was of no use and had not tax and a cracked windscreen.

I’m now 4 weeks down the line hiring a van at my cost because they where trying to fob me off with excuses all the time save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

It’s day five and the still haven’t released my funds.

Do not buy anything from these guys, van lit up like a Christmas tree and went into limp mode once home, the vehicle appears to have been clocked, as DVLA quote discrepancies , The engine has been over filled with oil to cover up an imminent timing chain failure. DO NOT BUY HERE !!!

They want us to take it back so they can fix it. ( what by putting even thicker oil in it )

Just avoid like the plague.

Paid over the odds for a total Lemon and a three grand bill to fix.

I bought a van for work around 9 months ago, salesman was friendly and couldn’t do enough. I can travel around 100 miles a day for work and besides the usual wear and tear to be expected I haven’t had any issues at all. I would recommend to any e looking for a van and they also sell cars on the other side of the road.

Bought a car from this garage described as excellent condition with years MOT with no advisories. when I took car back and got it checked on a ramp it was actually an MOT fail. garage agreed because I lived so far away that if any work needed done under my warranty that it would be covered by a local garage. This was not the case when I notified them of the issues. Quite difficult to deal with, in the end just agreed to returning vehicle for refund. Would not recommend

Traveled 600miles to view a van advertised as excellent condition. Further from the truith and wasted my day. Took 3 turns for the engine to stay running. DPF warning, plus streering warning light came on.something kept buzzing somewhere. Door key barrel missing and centeral locking didnt close it. It was sprayed a different blue front back and sides for whatever reason. Bonnet didnt match both wings. Brake pads nearly all worn down and the back box exhaust coming appart. Definatelly what i wouldnt describe as excellent condition. Dont waste your time traveling as they are rouge traders. They obviously purchase vans from auctions that nobody wants for a very low price.

Wish I had read the reviews before I bought a van from them , they sold me a van with faulty brakes.

I will be getting a full refund as the van is not fit for purpose , I will update my progress on here

Probably the worst experience I have ever had buying a car. Steer clear at all costs. I only give 1 star because I have to, to write a review.

Couldn't be happier with my new car. Bought a 1 series from this garage and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating. Good attention to detail and helped me every step of the way. Will be recommending to friends and family.

Bought Mustang from Lomond car centre after searching the country for months. From the first time I called this garage until I took delivery of my car the service has been excellent. Would definitely recommend this garage to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

The salesman arranged finance for me which was so straight forward and quick turnaround and was able to match what the bank were offering.
